I love Coldstone. Who doesnt? But this low low low review is solely due to the millennial moron that took my order, made it incorrectly, lied to me about it to get me to eat it anyway, then proceeded to give herself a nice fat tip on my card without my knowledge. Wow. I ordered a Brownie a la Coldstone. She made a Chocolate Lava Meltdown. When I noticed that it didnt look like the picture, she had the gall to throw on a little caramel syrup and claim that lava cake and brownies are exactly the same at Coldstone. I just ate it; didnt complain; and had a conversation with my son about whether or not small lies can add up to big character flaws. I was prepared to just let this go, but then I noticed the theft. So sorry, Coldstone in Downtown Pleasant Hill...I wont be going back until you fire the little brat (which I am sure will happen eventually.)

My experience here has always been terrible. Ive never been their more than a few times, for good reason. From the old, sleezy store owner straight from the 70s with his ponytail tied back, to the complete disorganization of the entire operation, you can find a much better Cold Stone or Ice Cream place than this one...not clean, leaves his employees running the shop like chickens with their heads cut off, you might not even see him because hes never there!!

the place HAD roaches that employees had to clean up. An ex employee of this store told me who is also a close friend. Few months after she quick, my best friends sister was hired there and she said the boss has people come in now and spray. Still just the fact that there was roaches there when i was pregnant and ate there discuss me. Also i have applied there so many times (before i knew about the roaches) and never any response..

Who doesnt love Cold Stone Creamery? It is my worst enemy when I want to lose weight. We walked past and could not resist the temptation and therefore, we walked in and got out with a chocolate cup in our hand. The portion is huge and their ice cream somehow is much denser than others I have had. If you are looking for a sweet treat, cold stone wont disappoint! Just dont think about the calories :)

My son decided to give his notice after working there. They by law needed to have his last check to him by last Wednesday. Its still not ready. They didnt have him do ANY paperwork before starting and now are giving him the run around and wont have his check ready for days. Next call labor board. Illegal

The different ice cream sizes are just about the same price. Come have a huge helping of their delicious ice cream for just $5.99 for the largest size with signature mix ins. Friendly and cheerful staff members and fast service. Was here on a Friday night and was served within 5 minutes!
