You know, Ive been going here a long time and its changed a lot. It used to have better service, but they have been hiring so many new people that service has greatly gone down. I have had breakfast burritos soaked and saturated in grease, and other order problems. I must say though, if anything goes wrong, get the managers attention. They are very kind and helpful and they have always corrected any problems I have had. One even gave me free cookies one day for the inconvenience. Its not their fault, its the new kids they hire that think they can slide by. If something goes wrong, just let them know so they can fix it because they will.

We went into this place on Monday evening 2/9/15 with friends. The place was a mess, the service was terrible. Clean up the inside. Get personel that know the place needs to be clean, know how to meet the public - just went there because of the Great Advertisements, but found nothing represented in the advertisement. And yes, I realize that this will be posted under my name. A note, I used to go there regularly five years ago and it had good food and a good appearance. Whats happened.. This is in a great location and the franchise owner and manager need to do something to really improve the situation.

I know its only one location in Placerville, but at least can it be a good one? So many times i went there i either got a messed up order or double cooked(overcooked) soaked in grease curly fries. I like going to Jack in the box from time to time, in different locations, but this one makes me never wanna go back there.

Pretty good place. Very clean. Good customer service. However, they shut down the griddle one hour before they closed so I couldnt order anything off the breakfast menu.

Yeah great tacos for $0.99 to people are really nice could be serviced a little faster there drive-thrus a little slow but other than that its a really nice place to eat

Terrible Customer service. Waited 30 minutes for drive thru. The food was cold and greasy. The coffee was cold and when I asked if they could reheat it they were mad.
