my wife and girlfriends from out of town went out for food and drinks at this establishment. After having appetizers and a couple of drinks, they decided to have another round of drinks and order takeout to enjoy at home. They ordered another round of drinks when one of my wifes friends noticed a dead fly in her cup. They notified the waitress and she came over and apologized for the horrible mistake. The group then asked will they replace the drink for free since they had an extra surprise in the drink. the waitress said it was against the restaurants policy. They asked for the manager who turned out to be the owner... He came over, never apologized, and reiterated the policy. They quickly paid their check and left this horrible place of customer service. Before leaving, the ladies again asked the owner that even though there was a dead fly in the cup , did he still refuse to replace the drink for free? He again said no way, so they vowed to write this review, he said he didnt care about this review and never changed his stance nor his bad business.... So please dont patronize this place until the owner becomes a human again!!!! #horriblecustomerservicehorribleowner

I have been here twice. The place is always busy. Yet the service is always poor. However, this time will be my last. My husbands potatoes werent cooked all the way and raw. We were seated at the bar,and the bartender never once asked how our meal was or asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee. Once we finished our meal I asked for the check and told her about the potatoes. She never apologized or took them off the bill since there were inedible. All she said, " tell them to make sure the potatoes are cooked." To another waitresses.

The food was good even though they forgot to bring the mushroom sauce with the steak. While in the past it was a very nice atmosphere, tonight was terribly loud. According to our waiter every Thursday, Friday and Saturday it is like that. It was so loud we could hear each other. So if you like to have dinner where people are shouting at each other at the top of their lungs, this is the place to go! As for me, this was the last time!!!

The food is good, but the service is not. The service has always been bad. It takes forever to get your food. We had 5 people in our party and one of the ladies ordered soup. It took her 45 minutes to get it. There is no excuse because they have LOTS of waiters/waitresses and the restaurant was not packed. Dont go if you are on a time clock the way we were.

The restaurant isnt a traditional brunch place, but my husband and I have been here twice for brunch. He ordered chicken and waffle twice. I ordered the cronut for the first time and the bistro burger this time. The experience there were pretty nice and food arent to bad. There are happy hours too!

This is an awsome place everyday and on sunday even better, mimosas all you can drink for 7 bucks and chicken and waffles and a few more selections that are pretty tasty treats. Would say if you have a doubt you should just go get a egg Mcmuffin and call it a day!!!!!

Had dinner there did not like the fact that on the menu it says happy hour from 3 to 7 and then when we order drinks we had to pay full price for them ....scam!! If youre not going to honor happy hour in the restaurant dont advertise on the menu for that fact!!!!

Had lunch here 2 weeks ago. Agreable location, but service was poor and the salmon on my salad was not fresh. My friends shrimp salad was overdrenched in dressing as was my salad. Would order the dressing on the side in the future. Am not in a rush to go back;

Love this place! Great food selections and the waffles are amazing. They always make accommodations for my picky eater. He usually gets fruit, lettuce and half a waffle and they never make it a big deal. Service is almost always amazing even when theyre busy.

Great French Toast! Order the chicken and waffles with chicken tenders instead. Great biscuits with fresh jelly. The breakfast potatoes are always delicious. You can never go wrong with a bottomless mimosa brunch (they have several different flavors)!

This place was so much better before the fire. Now its a good place to go for drinks and bar food (happy hour). The main dishes are hit and miss, but when youre out this way its not your worst option. Its a solid 4 stars for the area.

Happy hour prices are great! If youre a drinker, $25 can get you 2 appetizers and 3 cocktails! Both their food and cocktail drinks are delicious! Ive been going there for over 5 years and I highly recommend this place.

We were surprised at the good prices for our meals - Sunday brunch. I had the California Benedict & husbear had Chicken Sausage Scramble. The Bistro is stylish & no loud music distracting our delicious meal.
