Your drive thru is TERRIBLE. This was the 3rd time my order was incorrect as well as incomplete. I had to read my receipt to insure I was getting the correct order due to your representative speaking entirely TOO FAST to be in a customer service capacity. Upon ordering I had to ask her to repeat herself and upon verifying the order, could not understand her so I told her again what my order was. I requested large items and got small but was charged for large. I ordered tortilla soup and did not get the tortilla strips or the cilantro and cheese that is to accompany the soup. Three strikes, youre out! Wont go here again and highly recommend others to CHECK THEIR ORDER prior to driving away.

I was there 5 minutes ago I asked for 8 pcs leg and thigh for $10.29 they told me they dont have it so they offer me mixed I told them okay for the same price because its not my problem ...the guy CARLOS told me "its not my problem either they didnt send the shipment" he offer me $1 off ...i payed like $13.xx for 8 pc of chicken I only got 7!!! they got me nasty!!! I should of order online add churros make it $15.01 and recive $5 off my order

In my vacation to California I passed by this place in Pasadena. My family decided to go to El Pollo Loco. To be honest, I didnt wanted to eat here, but I had to please my kids. We ordered 35 mix pz, rice, beans, mashed potatoes and gravy everything was super good, I loved the red salsa and avocado salsa

Food is good but just the portion is weak I mean the two piece combo is 7.99 and I told them if they can please give me a decent size leg and they give me this garbage. I mean dude not even a bite come on no freaking meat. We expect what we get for what we pay for especially for 7.99

One of the best El Pollo Loco I have been to, staff is great! They will take your order and customisation seriously and even the service rate is so fast! I placed my order and in just two minutes its ready (2 orders were taken right before me and were also queued before me although).

I didnt know pollo loco was serving the soups in a plastic bag. Very disappointed with this location I had to ask for my money back And the second ladys attitude was even worse she treated me like if I was asking for free food Shes lucky I didnt put the soup on her freaking head

I went to eat there and my first negative impression were the dirty floors then I ordered a wing lover the wing were burned and black. I went there next day floors were still dirty the trash container fulled stacked. Overall no a good experience.

The food is good and the prices are great but the restaurant is messy and all the tables were dirty. We waited about 5 minutes before someone approached us and asked if we were ready to order. It is very poorly managed.

They water down the Avocado Salsa! That Avocado Salsa is the reason I even go there!!! Should be thicker and have flavor. I swear, its so runny, it spills EVERYWHERE except into my BRC!!! I am SO mad at them!!!!!
