Normally this is a good location but my last experience has ruined it for my family. I ordered via drive-thru; the 3 chicken grillers and the chicken quesadilla were hard and dry, with next to no ingredients inside. Each of those items had about two small bites worth of edible food, the rest was hard dry tortilla shell. The other items ordered were fine or as expected based on previous experiences. Location Management - Please ensure that employees making the food keep it up to the same standards. Ill update my review after my next visit; for better or worse...

Service was horrible. The burritos were cold and consisted of maybe a dab of beans. The chalupa shells were hard and old. The chalup shells were enough that it was difficult to bite and for me to say that means they were that bad. When we returned the food the folks behind the counter were rude and disrespectful and it took us telling them 3 times our order because everytime they would give us the bag it was missing something. Complete and absolute B.S.

This is not my first time coming to this location. But this time it was the worst experience I have ever had with Taco Bell. I ordered 2 Crunchwrap supreme and I got very nasty Crunchwrap that was not crunchy at all. In addition I ordered 2 soft tacos which had some nasty mean inside and vegetables they did not look appealing at all. Of course I got my refund but I would not suggest to anyone coming to this location find the nearest other Taco Bell

PISSED, PAYED FOR DORITO TACOS SUPREME COMBO JUST TO GET PLAIN F**KING TACOS THANKS FOR GIVE ING US OUR FOOD AND CLOSING THE WINDOW IMMEDIATELY YOU DOUCHE BAGS. SO SICK OF FOOD PLACES THAT CNT EVEN GET AN ORDER RIGHT. Used to go here all the time when I was younger but nowadays its gets rarer. Never had any complaints. You know what youre getting and the prices are always lower than most fast food. Drive thru is fast and the dining area is small ish. Plenty of parking and a good location.

People are super nice, running room is different but smaller than normal taco bells (but thats not their fault), but it is 10am and it is so hot in here cant imagine what it would be at 2pm at 100+ degrees (this is written in the summer)

I always receive great customer service when I visit the Orangevale location. I see some negative reviews from people who had their orders messed up.. Um, Taco Bell will fix ANY order if you go back or call them. DUH!
