This location is just awful! Last time I visited the drive thru I ordered a strawberry milk shake and was upset to find out that they are just vanilla shakes with a strawberry flavored syrup mixed in at order. How I found this out was because they failed to mix my shake all the way. There was about a half of an inch of pink syrup at the bottom of my glass. I didnt notice it right away because it was late and dark outside amd when I took the first sip it was straight syrup. Yuk! I gagged and called the store once I got home. I explained to the manager my issue and he gladly put my name in a book to get a free one at a later date. About a few days later I stopped by to get my replacment shake and was served by the rudest young girl. She was clearly new and didnt know what she was doing and gave me an attitude like it was mt fault she was so confused. A manager came to help her EVENTUALLY and as she was helping me out the young girl was laughing at another customer in the drive thru who clearly had a speach impedimentor some sort of disability, I have worked with the disabled in the past so this deeply offended me. I personally would have AT LEAST given this girl a write up for inappropriate behavior. Im truly disappointed with this locations services and mannerisms. Im also upset with the values they allow their employees to openly express while on the clock. Not only am I giving this location a low rating for the food/drink quality but I am also scoring them based on their professionalism and behavior. Smh. Thumbs down Jack.

This place sucks. They wont substitute the nasty fries that are super gross and no one wants. They probably took massive losses on profit because they had too many fries left over. So now they dont substitute anything at all, you have to get a salad on the side for an extra fee and throw away the fries. Burgers are good but thats about it. Service is alright, they take a ridiculously long time for your order and forget a lot of stuff. I never come here unless I have a coupon for the free stuff. Skip the fries.

Typical Jack-in-box; usual items, usual service. Can get a little dirty, slow or slammed during rush. Usual crew gets the order right; some newbies usually get it wrong, so if you dont recognize the face, double check your order.

Customer service is terrible. 10 minutes to closing the lobby they told me they were closed and kicked me out. I walked a mile to get done food at the only place that was still open. Im beyond pissed

Its like any Jack in the Box. The food is hit or miss depending on timing and luck. Cross your fingers that your fries arent over cooked.
