Walk in order, to go. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender, mac and cheese, and broccoli. Waited 10 minutes and my buzzer didnt go off. Asked them to check on my order, it wasnt even started. Waited another 6 minutes. A little frustrated at that point, especially with no apology from anyone, I took my food and left. As I was walking to my car, saw that they did not give me the ranch dipping sauce I requested. Went back in and asked for 2 ranch. Also ask to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy because there was a line of five customers in the store and a busy drive-through, and she was acting as the line cook at the moment. In lieu of the 2 ranch dipping sauces, the woman gave me two packets of salad dressing and turned her back to me to go back to work, almost like I was bothering her. If I go back to the crazy chicken, it wont be to this one. *update* Spilled the ranch in my car seat. Im taking my one star back...

Foods always good, but the general manager of this store should probably go read a book about keeping staff prepared and ready. Apparently they dont pay people enough to keep them focused on running the store, and shift managers are more concerned with counting their drawers early and getting ahead of their close up procedures than they are helping the front serve customers. I came in the other day and there was this poor guy hustling his ass off just trying to keep people happy, meanwhile the lobby was falling apart and running short on everything, on top of a backed up drive through. Could be that people were on breaks and what not, and maybe it was dead before hand, but honestly no store should be so concerned with saving a measly few bucks that they cant keep a couple extra bodies on staff until the lobby closes.

To begin with I was rudely told by cashier I could not have my chicken well done, she asked manager who responded "it will fall through small holes if we put cut chicken back in grill" I asked for them to keep some on grill longer before cutting but was ignored and told manager to give me whatever was more well done and she put it in a seperate container as I requested.. Cook made my avocado bacon tostada salad before I finished my special order due to digestive issues, Cook was upset that it wasnt as on menu.. When she was told that she had to remake it as I watched her pulling bacon and other things out of it to give it to me, she said OH GOD.. I reported to manager but as manager was standing next to girl when she said it, Im sure nothing was going to be done.. Will report to EPL Corp...

Yestuday evening I decided to pick up dinner from El Pollo Loco, of course everyone is picking up dinner at this time, and I pull up to place an order where I was very impressed by the service. The young gentlman who took my order was very pleasant and happy to help with any questions I had. I pull up to to pick up window and the same excellent service was expressed. I was already being helped and another team member was there to service me, which is always a plus. In the midst of their hectic dinner rush, my order was promplty delivered and the food was delicious. I would definetly advise to go to this El Pollo Loco.

My wife and I decided to stop to get a quick bite, the big at the counter was a real winner, dont know who trained him, but I think they need to a new trainer. What ever happened with having a very smile and making people happy they patronise your place of business. The chicken was over cooked! It was dry and had no taste, must have been on the grill for hours. I cant believe you get away with serving this crap. You will never see me back in this rat hole.

Inside service sucks a bag of d***s. Weve found that if you drive through and order your food you get much faster service. Then take it inside and sit down. It appears they are much more concerned with drive through service metrics (and Im sure inside service times arent measured) Food quality is as expected, pretty consistent and decent.

Well this morning i decided to stop i seen on Google it say open at 9:30am good i drive there its 9:49am an they are still close then they tell me oh we open at 10am. What really It upset me they need to update ur opening time on here its not fare for ur customers like me..

This is a good healthy fast Mexicans foods they are specifically chicken and it was busy here but was fast and food service they are in the shopping plaza next to chase bank, its small dine in they have drive through.

They are not as nice nor professional like others el pollo. They asked for what salsa I wanted so I asked for 2 pico & 2 avocado salsa and they gave me only 2 pico… no avocado salsa… not good.
