I went through the drive thru at 11:30 AM and they gave me burnt chicken. I was already home when I discovered how awful it was and didnt have time to go back, which I am sure thats what they count and when they pass their burnt food on to the drive thru customer, because no one dining inside would ever accept this chicken, meat gone so overcooked and turned beyond thick leather. Shame on you I would never serve that food to a guest, I considered myself your paying guest. That chicken should have been thrown away. I considered the service poor because, "who would serve that chicken to anyone"? Food, Chicken burnt. Rated Poor Decor, didnt go inside.

I must say that the young man at the register by the name of Omar was very respectful and courteous to every single customer and directed to them as "Sir" or "Maam" and I was there for more than an hour (on my phone). The food was great but the customer service and friendliness of this employee was beyond great. To me personally if the food is great at a restaurant but if service is horrible I never return to be a patron and if the food is ahh ok but service is great, I usually return. Too bad I live far from this location, I was working near by and had dinner.

I ordered catering - a 3-Course 48 Piece Meal to be delivered for a company lunch. The meal includes, enchiladas, churros, and plates/utensils as advertised on the website, but these were not delivered. When the restaurant finally picked up the phone, I was told that these were not included and they didnt even serve enchiladas anymore, but I was still charged the $149 advertised price. False advertising or Negligent Employees? Either way is BAD business.

Yum. Came here on a Sunday night, didnt have to wait for a table, but the line got pretty long right after we were seated. We shared the calamari starter and fish/asada tacos. The food arrives lightning fast! Which was perfect, since we were starving. Flavors were really good and portions are appropriate. Well definitely be back again.

Theres really no point to a drive-thru if it takes 26 minutes to get through. Consistently long wait times although the food is great. Leaves me wondering if they are understaffed in the evenings or if they are just at production capacity.

Yum, yum, yum! El Pollo Loco is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. I always stick with the value menu and get a few tacos al carbon and a bean and cheese burrito. For under $5 it fills me up perfectly!

Tried to use a $25 gift certificate today, received in 2012. Never used. They said it had only $0.16 on it at the drive thru window. Order was missing one of the sides. Food was boring - even for chicken!!

My family and I have eaten here for many years. The food is very good here, but lately I have to ask for juicy chicken, otherwise its overcooked. The service is usually good and the dining area is clean.
