5 words: Salt and Pepper Chicken Pieces! We have 2 Chinese places equidistant from our house, both good, but Uncle Wongs salt and pepper chicken pieces, with all their oily jalepenoey goodness are irresistible. Weve dined in but this place is really ideal for pick-up - ready in 10-15 minutes! And reasonably priced. Hubby likes their wor won ton and hot & sour soups a lot too.

Former employees have told me about the major insect problems they have. I will never eat there again due to a of basic health standards of simple cleaning, insect and cockroach control. Good Luck with this establishment and shame on the county for them passing their Health grade with flying colors with possibly disease ridden food. Should of been zero stars.

I went to Uncle Wongs based on the other reviews. I had the lunch special for $5.50 and could not believe how much food the give you. I had a massive amount of rice and Kung Pow chicken. The food was fresh and the chicken pieces were large. Dont let the looks fool you, this is good food and very reasonable. I will be trying the walnut prawns next!

This is my fav Chinese place in Oakley mainly bc its good, cheap and deliver to your house. I can spend $35.00 and have more then enough food. We have a 95 year old grandma and she can get whatever she wants just by making a phone call.

Came in alone, ordered the sweet and sour pork with fried rice. Say down for 10-15 minutes and my food was served hot ready and delicious. Best Chinese food dish Ive had in a LONG time.

This is our favorite Chinese Restaurant east of Concord. We love the won ton soup, the honey walnut prawns, the salt and pepper fish, string bean chicken, and you cant beat the prices!
