Seriously, if youre a carnivore and want chinese food this is not the place for you. Im a carnivore but I love tofu, soy products, mushrooms, etc but imitation Chicken, Beef, Pork or any kind of meat made from soy and tofu products is pretty unappealing. I thought I give it a try and at first it didnt taste so bad even with the funky texture but a few bites later, I realized it was pretty disgusting. The sauce that they use to cook the food with tasted pretty funky as well because it was probably made out of mushroom/soy or something similar.

This place is very slow unprofessional and has lost my business for the rest of my life, no cooks they all ran away according to the server, making it rocky. The food was really cold and sizzling beef was cold, just very unhappy do yourself a favor and dont spend a dollar of your hard earned money here. There was people sitting for 30 minutes without drinks and took a minimum of 50 min to get any kind of service.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the entire SF Bay Area. Many excellent vegetarian options. The vegetables come crisp and bright. They seem to cook without much oil, unlike most Silicon Valley Chinese restaurants. The staff whove been there for many years are great, but the newer ones have a bit to learn. I often find the tables to be a bit sticky, but I encounter that in most Bay Area Chinese restaurants.

Food is amazing. I got lucky, I walked in I place my order and the food came out at the same exact time. Mind you it just happen to be somebody else who ordered the same thing but hadnt arrived so they gave it to me instead and they would make the other person another order. What does perfect for me because I was in a super rush. And it was delicious. This is a vegetarian restaurant, but they do have seafood

My favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. I love pretty much everything they serve (and I tried practically all the dishes that dont have seafood in them), but my favorite has to be the green bean ball soup and the amazing eggplant in garlic sauce. The owners and workers are incredibly kind, its really fun to walk in there. I mostly eat in but when I get take away everything is still delicious.

I love the great wall. Their fake meat tastes very realistic. The service is great, the staff picks up if you would like to be left alone or need something. It is not too pricey for the service and quality of food you are getting. I dont think Ive ever had to ask for water and the guy that pours it, does so with finesse and great skill!!!

Dont go here for excellent service or decor. Go for the great prices on quality vegetarian chinese food. The lunch special lasts until 3:30 PM and is a great bargain. They have soy-based fake meats, brown rice and a delicious curry. When youre hungry, want healthy food, in the neighborhood, and dont want to break the bank, eat here!

Vegan with fish. I order the salmon with black been sauce with out any onions. I am adept at not swallowing bones. The service is nice, not recommended for the narcissist. The lunch menu is a fantastic deal. Anything on the menu with rice and egg roll. Green bean ball soup is a tradition.

Ive been going to this resturant since 2002. Everytime I bring guests they are always amazed at how good everything can be as fake meat. The sauce and prep of the tou food makes all the difference. I get big platters of their spring rolls and my office loves them!

I ate here today and have returned many times. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant . The food is clean and fresh; never over cooked. And the service is also very good with friendly professional staff. Nice quiet atmosphere in a noisy neighborhood.

Pleasantly surprised on our return here after a ten year break. Everything was top notch, but the crab rangoon was the standout of the evening, simultaneously light, crispy, and creamy.

The Mu chu is wonderful Hall says they are imitation chicken. They give large portions are inexpensive and have good service. Highly recommended!
