Worst customer service ever 8/5/17@9:35pm walking in with my kids order food ready to pay my card wont read the machine cant help you ok i just used my card at the gas pump it was working well not here i cant help you can i talk to a manager sorry not available ok were are here to eat try to spent $15.78 sorry my machine wont punch the # wait are we in 2017 and your machine cant read a card with a chip on it or you cant punch the numer manualy yes sorry we cant help you so i had to use my credit card if my kids wasnt with me i will be walking out and take my bussines to next door Lesson to learn never give your money or bussines if they are not happy to receive your business food was

Racist s clerk skips me to help Asian people behind me in line when I came out of my way to come eat here I just moved here from Houston Texas to get away from hurricane Harvey they heard me talking about it and treat me like this Im appalled by the treatment I received here they didnt apologize or anything just ignored me I said f you and walked out do not support this establishment

I really enjoyed my experience at Panda Express on San Pablo and 40th and Emeryville the food is always hot taste good of the servers are always happy I just love it they treat you they treat you like youre really special great place to go Ok P

If youre here, you know why youre here. This location is pretty clean, and Ive never had complaints about the food itself. The line to get your food tends to go pretty long, but it still doesnt take all that long to get your food.
