Besides getting your friends and family to give you good reviews, locals know this place is just about the outdoor seating. Ive been ignored by staff, non-staffed bar, weak drinks, and the food is just ok - nothing great, no special attention to the food given. Ive even tried being served 30 minutes before closing and they have closed down. Unreliable, non-responsive, average food, and disappointing service. There are a lot of other options nearby - try the other locations until they decide to care about customers and their food.

Nice place. Dogs welcome. Food was good and it has an excellent outdoor venue. Staff is very friendly but service was slower than expected. Table and chairs were the heavy wrought or cast iron. We came for a late lunch, around 230p in summer. The outdoor tables each have sun umbrellas, some are broken. The waitresses wear an authentic looking Spanish dress & top, which seems unnecessary for the laid back atmosphere.

Great food, service was a little lacking though. Sat at our table and waited for over an hour before being brought our check. Was about ready to leave without paying considering we asked to have our food boxed and then we waited an hour without ANYONE coming back to check on us or being us the check. Ive never been ignored like that at a restaurant before. I used to go all the time. Itll be awhile before i go back.

What a amazing atmosphere! The outdoor seating is very cool. All the staff were really nice and constantly checked up on me. I ate the enchiladas and it came with rice and beans and a salad. The drink menu was also very big! They even gave someones puppy a bowl of water : ) My new favorite spot!

The prices are high, portions are small & the food is "Americanized" The focus is on Entertainment really. It is not really large enough for all the activities. Criteria, First. Good! Food? Not that good. Value? Not worth the price for what it is.

Just happened to stumble into this jem. Good service, good food, pleasant outdoor setting. Looking forward to a return visit to explore the menu further. Came back 2 days later. Excellent Albondigas soup on the weekends!

Bland food, watered down drinks, inattentive service at expensive prices. The outdoor seating is the only thing it has going for it. Better off going to any other Mexican restaurant in Novato.
