To know Jalisco is to love Jalisco. Ive been coming here for years, and I can objectively say that they make the best tacos in Sonoma County. The tortillas are made fresh each day, the meats are outstanding, and the people are lovely. If you love Mexican food and havent been to Jalisco... Youre doing it wrong.
