This is not a traditional, sit down restaurant. It may have used to be in that format, but now the bar sits empty and dusty, the hostess station long abandoned. Now, there is a two kiosk desk setup in the middle of the restaurant. Only one of the kiosks can process credit cards. All orders need to be walked up to the kiosk and whoever is in the vicinity will place your order. You sit wherever you please and are not given a number so getting your food is a challenge. In terms of the bar and drinks, if you dont order a drink at the kiosk... You better get your but back over there and order one. They wont serve you at the bar. Overall the décor is dated, filthy and broken in places. The tvs give the appearance of new, but the content delivery system theyre using is of original Radio Shack vintage, and because of such the picture quality is TERRIBLE.

The pizza was excellent. Service/Management is highly disorganized because the place is understaffed. The bartender simply cannot answer the phone and run the PoS while bartending especially when the phone and PoS are on the opposite side of the restaurant to the bar. It took 30 min to get a beer and water for my friend and we were the ONLY people at the bar. Bottom line is during popular times this place needs a dedicated host to run front phone and PoS. Bartender did excellent considering. CS was excellent otherwise. Prices are at point at moderately attractive. Time to order BAD. Time till served VERY GOOD. Food quality VERY GOOD. Overall value EXCELLENT.

For an Italian restaurant, the pizza sucks. Extremely thick crust, tasteless sauce and cheap cheese. No option for pizza by the slice and pretty bad service - no one to speak to when you walk in, had to chase down a waiter who didnt look like one and didnt seem to care. Oh did I mention completely over priced at $8 dollars per slice which is equivalent to a regular slice in a normal pizza place? Havent tried the other food, but didnt look promising by the looks of what the waiter was carrying out to the table. Frankly frozen pizza from Trader Joes tastes a lot better, and its not a ripoff. Dont waste your time, you can do a lot better elsewhere.

Ordered three large pizzas for delivery to our hotel. Really good pizza - all three of them (pepperoni+olive, canadian bacon+mushroom, chicken+pesto). All pies arrived quickly, were hot, properly cooked. Sauces were well seasoned. Crusts were medium-thick, toasty and crisp. Winner of a meal for 6 (could have fed 10) fresh off the wine tasting trail. Would recommend. Would order from them again. Dropping this review because what I find on the web is either old or at odds with my experience (June 2013). Google forces a score on Decor - we had delivery so ignore the decor score.

After being told that our pizza would take up to an hour and a half to deliver on a Thursday night, they ended up forgetting our order--and my husband had to Uber to their St. Helena location two hours later to pick it up, since it was past delivery time. They only discounted the pizza a couple bucks--ridiculous that we even paid after all that. Pizza was ok. Definitely do not recommend, even though its one of the only places that delivers in the area.

Feel compelled to review because we almost didnt order from here after reading all the bad ones. Had a pizza delivered while we in town on vacation. It arrived hot and promptly, it was made with fresh ingredients, and was quite tasty. Best pizza I ever had? No. But well worth the price and it hit the spot after a day worth of tasting.

TERRIBLE!!!!! My salad was smothered in cheddar cheese. The bread had cheddar cheese just melted on it. My pasta had tiny tiny frozen shrimp with watered down alfredo sauce. My husband had spaghetti that was basically out of a can. Save your time and money and go to Pizza Hut!!!

Got a combination pizza, toppings and cheese were great, crust left a bit to be desired. Lost my place to make my order because theres one sign that says seat yourself, but then noticed the sign that said order here. The staff member that took our order was polite and friendly.

Food was excellent. Staff was not so much. There was only one worker that was responsible for taking your order, serving the food, and working the bar and she spent the whole time chatting with the cooks in the back the entire time we were there.
