Wont answer phone day or night - always have their fax answer so to talk to manager about order for kids horse night party of 36 could not reach them so used weinerschnitzel instead - this problem has been this way for last 2 years so we just gave up on them for any of our kids riding clubs needs - all others - DW - Carls - In & Out - McDs - Burger King - all anxious and willing to talk with us and set up programs but since Jack in Box opened out here in late 90s have always maintained a holier than thou attitude when working with community. Hopefully another franchisee will get this store and things will change.

I went through the drive-thru a few weeks back I called to complain to a manager that was rude over the phone she told me to go back and I will have a free meal. I went in a few weeks later and they did not have my name in the book they questioned me. I didnt even want the food anymore but they ended up giving it to me. The manager wasnt a very good one. Most likely I will not go back.

That was nasty!!! They serve the food talking on the cellphone! The manager is so rude! I never come back again, my husband said is becaise they are high incluiding the manager cause smell weed in the restaurant. What about the owners or the corporation they dont do nothing have a better and heatlh service??

Pretty much the same food quality as every jack in the box, on the other hand they are on high security alert, meaning if youre not a customer no potty for you, they deal with the homeless crowd and seem a bit calloused. .....

Messed up our whole order when we went through the drive thru. Manager was very unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. It took us over 30 minutes before we had what we had ordered
