We booked a table of 10 for 7pm and arrived a few minutes before. Service was not fast but the restaurant was busy. The ordered drinks arrived and the waitress knocked a full glass of water over the table - not a good start! While fussing over the mess, other large groups and tables arrived. We were eventually given the opportunity to order our food..... mine was the pasta and seafood in a cream sauce; my wifes was coconut shrimp with Caesar salad. We then waited and waited and waited. The few starters ordered arrived including a Caesar salad for my wife which was meant to accompany the shrimp. Those were eaten and we continued to wait while groups large and small who arrived after us tucked in to their main courses. Eventually, at around 8:30pm, the main courses arrived. My pasta was dry, no cream sauce and just seasoned with pepper. My wifes shrimp dish was on its own and they were also dried out. It was clear that some of the food had been hanging around. I sent mine back - the waitress offered a fresh dish but a) we wanted to eat together and b) the group needed to move on once theyd finished. We were not charged for my dish but no apology was given and my meal that night was a bag of Cheddar & Sour Cream flavoured Ruffles. Outback needs to get back to its roots. Never again.

I am an out of town guest and decided to have dinner here tonight with my mother and son since its next to our hotel. It was about 8:30pm. Yes, we were seated right away but then it started. First we ordered water, two salads, an entree and desert for my son. Well we got our water and 15 minutes later we got one salad. The table that was seated after us received bread and salads. I asked another waiter for some bread. It was practically throw on our table with no plates for us. Then we finally got our dinner plates. We let Jennifer the waitress know we were still waiting on our other salad. She had a lost look on her face. We said never mind we dont want it now. She informed us how swapped she was and that now she could properly serve us. Meanwhile the table seated after us was being well served and maintaine by her the whole time. She was rude and if she was so swapped them the two hostess that were standing around laughing and having a good time at the front could have helped out, since we sat right there. The restaurant was absolutely not busy in any way. Wont be returning, horrible service from Jennifer.

All I asked for was a candle to be placed on my desert that I ordered and payed for and did not expect for free, because it was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate by blowing out a candle and making a wish. I dont normally order desert so this was the only reason we ordered desert. The server brought it with no candle and when I inquired why he said they ran out. I expressed my disappointment and he brought some whipped cream with 2 candles in it. Thought you ran out? I left it without blowing it out and disappointed and left a 15% tip as that is low for me. It really ruined my day as I was really looking forward to that moment. Wont be back. Additionally, I just google candle expiration dates and as I suspected they do not go bad. So, when the Server brought the whipped cream with two candles and explained they just opened a new box when he claimed before they ran out, he could have ripped open that Suliphain and put a single candle on my stupid desert I ordered with a candle in the first place.

Went to Outback in Valencia on Saturday, April 3rd around 5:20 PM. It started out okay, as we were seated promptly. However, it went downhill quickly after that. My wife and I sat there while server after server passed our table to serve other guests. We counted around 5-7 servers pass by without a simple acknowledgement that they would soon be with us. It is as if we were invisible. Approximately 20 minutes of no attention and after watching the table in back of us receive drinks, bread, appetizers, and place their dinner order, we had enough. I let the manager know that the service was horrible and we were out of there. I would have rated them as a "0" star if that was an option. Dont waste your time or raise your blood pressure. Go somewhere else!

I ordered their lamb (medium rare) two pieces of the rack were cooked perfectly, however, the third one came out rare. My husband ordered the ribs and chicken. When his meal came out the ribs were drenched in BBQ sauce as well as burnt, his chicken came out over cooked and dry. They forgot my kids food so I had to ask my waitress about it. I gave a 2 ⭐️ because their French onion soup was delish and the quesadilla was so good. The quesadilla was an appetizer but it looked more like a meal so thumbs up! Our waitress was attentive and so nice.

Wow my NY Steak was way too Salty. The rest of the dinner was good as always. Unfortunately the reason for going is the Steak. This was the only time Ive had that experience with all the decades i have been dining @ Outback Steakhouse. Mostly went to Torrances location before so is it this place or a slip up it happens to the best places too. Salads are good served cold on a chilled plate abd the bleu cheese dressing is rich with a quality taste. Cucumbers are in it so very restaurants serve it to keep costs down. Overall a good experience !

Our go to for affordable steak dinners- great to find these almost everywhere we go. Ok service as always- its usually just a bunch of young folks who do the minimal customer service. Why does it always take forever to get steak sauce? And what kind of bar doesnt have Ginger Ale? So weird...wish the bar selection was a bit more varied, but they seem to only have the minimal selection of spirits and beer, although wine is a little bit more varied.

The wait for 7 to be seated was shorter then the time it took to get our drinks! It literally took 20 minutes to get waters, another 15 for the cocktails and when we were done it was 40 mins to get the check! Not to mention that our server forgot to give me one of my sides... I would definitely NOT go back. Luckily I paid for my meal with a giftcard that I was given, but the rest of my party was not so lucky.

My sons order was wrong, we had to send it back and it didnt come back until everyone was finished. My brother-in-laws drink took until we all had our entrees at the table. My sister-in-laws dinner was very spicy with black pepper. It was nowhere written on the menu like that. My sweet potato was very dry. I was very disappointed. This is the second time this type of thing has happened.

This place has great steak, and they opened early on Fathers Day since they knew they were booked with reservations all day. They also serve all the sides and the prices are reasonable. You do pay for the good quality, however. They also have the new touchscreen systems at the tables, making it easy to pay when your done, and quickly order appetizers without having to call the server.
