I saw a 4.4 rating and figured I had to definitely check it out!!! Womp, one of the worst decisions in my life. Customer service sucked, hope this helps Had asked the waitress to take back our sushi pieces to get sauced up and she just gave me the sauces to do it myself..excuse me but Im not a sushi chef to know which sauce goes where. They also dropped a hint to our table, that if we couldnt finish what we had out wed have to pay extra, and thats why we were told some of the items we ordered didnt come out. Thats so Bogus! You chose what to hold out on us till the way end, but what if someone wanted to eat something specific first?! Didnt have items on the all you can eat menu that every other sushi restaurant in the Santa Clarita Valley offers, but they didnt care to tell us until we asked at the end (like I said they held back a few roles and pieces), we would have paid for those damn roles not on the menu dudes. ***oh yeah they brought us out a role that they either "made on accident" or made for someone that didnt want it anymore, and shoved it down our faces but couldnt have brought us what we ordered before those people came in. (You could have offered it for us to go, but there was a lot more you could have done overall to gotten us to enjoy and want to come back :( . Ghost town on a Saturday night at 7:30pm, especially with those tacky duck taped cushioned seats and mugginess. No way you should have lacked the greatest customer service you had to offer when nobody is there. One of those places you dont want to leave a tip at, good thing Im a chill dude because your crappy vibes killed everybodys mood. Gave them an extra star since my toddler got to eat under our 3 all you can eats

We eat here once a week. The service can be very slow but its sorta a small town and its way tastier than what you would expect. The sushi chefs are too notch, no need to drive i to valencia. The head sushi chef worked at a very high end sushi bar and he bring that experience to this sushi bar at a fair price. Also Lina is the best waitress Ive ever met. She very attentive.

I point blank asked if all the fish was fresh and not previously frozen and was told by the sushi chef that everything was fresh. Almost a complete lie. Had the Chirashi, only the salmon was fresh! Im from Hawaii and I have sashimi two to three times a week. Why lie? I simply would have adjusted my order accordingly. Very disappointed!

Great service, but not so great food. Not authentic Japanese at all. Tempura worst weve ever eaten & made my husband sick. The sushi chefs we wearing outfits from Ratatoulle & looked like they were 12. Not returning ;(

Service was pretty bad and she wanted to yap to the chef all the time while I was there. Many tables were looking for service but she had her back to the tables. There are better places close to here. ..

I have bin there from jan. to april 2009 and it was the best sushi i´ve ever had! Maybe they changed the chef... But to me; awesome.The Service was perfect. Good Sushi for a good price.

Best hidden Sushi Gem in the SCV area. Eddie is an excellent chef! The prices are fair and service is quick. Try the spicy tuna anything, it is the best!
