5pm, busy mall, waiting in line to be told they are now closed. The whole mall is open until 6. And this specific location publicly stated open until 6. They were making others food still and still declined us with stale faces. The lady at the register particularly was horrible at customer service. Cold business. Wont stay open much longer with service like this. You can have ok food but without customer service others will take over. Im sure this isnt their 1st case if lost business. Sad.

Ive been getting their teriyaki chicken since high school, its my absolute favorite. I cant really vouch for their sushi or dumplings because I never order them, but the teriyaki is to-die-for. Customer service is so-so, but I dont mind - its a mall joint, not a 5 star restaurant.

Overpriced and mediocre quality. Ordered two sushi rolls. No indication till it came out that theyre half rolls with only 5 pieces each. Not worth $13, especially since the rolls were plain and the fish wasnt all that fresh.
