I love chipotle and and am not one who usually complains. I stop by chipotle everyday after work ands overall a great experience. Fast, great selection, and prices. This one was overall slacking in almost all areas. The bathroom soap dispenser does not work or the the button to flush the urinal in the mens restroom. Waiting in line is shockingly slow, super slow. Very surprising for chipotle where you can usually get in line and start putting a burrito together asap. I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes just to start my order, with only two people ahead of me. After this the food stock was low overall, missing both white rice and chicken. I waited for the white rice, and they said it would an additional 5-7 minute wait for chicken. UNACCEPTABLE! I ended up paying full price for steak instead of getting my choice of chicken. Which I would not be writing if they just comped the price of the steak versus chicken. The location is clean and the customer service was decent.

Clean store at a convenient location inside great mall. However, this Chipotles food taste is quite inconsistent in Chipotle standard. Sometimes the rice is too salty and sometimes the mild salsa is too spicy. Each time I visit there, there is always a new surprise in the taste. However, the line does move fast because the staff is quite efficient. They are also very friendly as well.

I am a huge fan of Chiptole and was excited to find out that there was one close to my clients work site. Therefore, at lunch I headed over to the Great Mall to get me a healthy burrito. I was expecting a huge line but there was only 1 person in front of me and all the workers were very friendly. Only downside is that the Great Mall is big and usually packed so parking was scarce.

The service here is horrible. Tall girl cant even smile. The lines are long not because the food is good but because they are slow. I asked for black beans in my burrito they gave me pinto and they scrape it out instead starting fresh. What if I had food allergies. Will not be coming back.

They always dont carry enough food, when I visit them, they dont have guacamole, not white rice, black beams, so for me as vegetarian nothing to eat. And this the closet place from my house. Always disappointed at this place.

The server lacked the customer service. I asked for double meat but she just served portion worth regular serving. I let her know that the serving of meat is not enough to qualify double meat , but she did not care.
