We gave Garcias a try last night because I heard a lot of good reports from my golfing buddies. Well I guess they lie about their golf score too. To begin the only two of the three categories checked above is the food and decor for sure is accurate. The service was given a low rating do the early hour we had dinner, @ 6:00 P.M., The regular waiter didnt show up for work until 6:40, thus the owner had to pull double duty as well a nice lady doing bus duty. My dinner was the basic "Chile Colorado". It was terrible, They took an overcooked piece of flat steak and cut it up into small squares and smothered it with a watery canned red chile sauce. Put a scoop of beans and rice and served it on a hot plate. My wife had the Chimichanga/verdy. She liked her selection and gave it a B+. The price was fair for both meals about $10.each. The house margarita was awful. But we didnt go there to drink but to dine. The shot of tequila I had tasted like Kirkland brand. OK my my house quest but not for me.

I came out here from Texas where we have many TEX-MEX restaurants. This one is a great authentic Mexican restaurant and I loved it. From the food to the drinks to the atmosphere. The only negative thing I could say is the service was a bit slow. And when we ordered from one person, another one came soon after to get our order. I think thats just a lack of communication with the staff. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place.

Just came from the flea market, this place is a hole in the wall restaurant. It was a great find, my kids had the chicken tenders and cheese quasadilla which they both finished. I had the Carne Asada burrito which was also great! The service was fantastic they checked our table about 5 times during our visit. Excellent dinning experience. One bad thing was the music was a little loud but that was about it.

we order some tortas , for the price I was expecting more! the bread was dry kinda old , in my opinion the Carne asada needs more seasoning or something . we order limonade to drink . With no refill because the waitress never came to our table to see how was everything going .. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Ive been here several times and the service (ordering and getting food) is too slow for my liking during weekday lunch. Folks from work always seems want eat here but I just dont have that much free time in my work days to sit around waiting for food is is just OK.

Simply amazing ! I went to Mexico several times but this restaurant offers far better meals than Mexico City... Because of this is family run small restaurant, you cant expect sophisticated service especially dinner time but the taste is simply awesome !

We came here on a Sunday for menudo and it was delicious!!!! We are so picky and this by far was the best. Adriana our waitress was quick and friendly with getting our food to us, including our drinks, which made our experience that much better.

OMG... A friend told me if I wanted GREAT mexican food to go to Los Garcias,. Looking at the location in front of a motel, I kinda had my doubts.. God was I wrong. The food is EXCELLENT , by far the best Ive had in along time.. 10 stars!!!

service was horrible the wittress would go off and carry babies from different tables. seemed like others had priority. overall it was a horrible experience. Understaffed and food runner didnt even know what food went to what table.

Okay this place is known for their homemade tortillas so make sure and order something that comes with tortillas. Food was fantastic but the place fills up quick. Service can be slow but its worth the wait!

Nice, homemade, fresh comfort food. The music can get loud at lunchtime so if you are trying to have a conversation it will be hard. Anyway, who wants to talk with all the delicious food available.

Fantastic food. The carnitas were just the right crispiness without being dry, the chili relleno, while perhaps a bit overstuffed with cheese for my taste was delicious. And the salsas are amazing.
