Was there at the last hour for closing The service was great Animal fries was really hot n tasty Burgers were awesome n moist l would love to visit that place again n again Keep up the good work guys n THANK YOU!! About the new one that had just open at Serramonte, was there yesterday Aug 28 Want to bring to your attention that their animal fries was heated not warm enough fries were stale n very dry!! They should STEP IT UP!! Serviice great there surrounding awesome!!

I can really say In & Out is where it is at as far good food in San Francisco. My husband and i could leave full and happy for under $20.00 that is rare in California. Make sure you stop here for sure and have the lemonade and a #2, Or even look up their secret menu to get an animal style burger. The one thing i can say it be prepared to wait for your food and seating is hard to find sometimes but without a question its worth every penny and every minute of waiting.

There is one thing about In-N-Out; you never say NO! It is inexpensive, delicious, juicy and filling. The animal style is so good with the simple Thousand Island Dressing. That is such a brilliant idea! I do really like Shake Shack from NYC and I have loyalty to that but In-N-Out is definitely an excellent quick bite that is unique to the West Coast!

Off course the flavor was the same. But my cheeseburger extra veggies had appalling presentation. It was not lined up (tomatoes & patty & buns) & had so much lettuce exploding out of it (4-5inches!) Thanks for the veggies as asked bit I had to messily deconstruct a horrid looking meal to start eating & this is my "normal" order for every in & out.

As a Midwesterner visiting California for the first time, this was my first In-N-Out trip. Ive always heard a lot of hype about the place and I have to say that it mostly lived up to it. The burger and fries were very tasty and my girlfriend, a vegetarian, loved the grilled cheese and fries she ordered. Well be back next time were in California!

this place is hooping no matter what time you go there. Food is fresh made to order and you can see them pressing the fries on they cutter and into the fryer. The soda fountain lets you chose your flavor or combination of that. The staff is SUPER friendly and on the at all times.

I was at a hospital down the street from here visiting a friend and I really was craving In-N-Out so I searched and this place was the closest. It was very easy to get in, I went inside, everyone was friendly and I was out very quickly even though it was very, very packed.

What to expect when you arrive. 1. A line. Theres always a line. While it moves fast, order times dont. 2. Great fresh food at an amazing prices. 3. Gluten free burgers & grilled cheese sandwiches if you ask. 4. A clean, bright happy place to dine. 5. Plenty of parking.

Its hard to beat an animal style double double with animal style fries, with a Neapolitan shake. This location can get crowded, and it appears as though the drive through has been blocked off. Otherwise, its your typical friendly service and outstanding burgers.

My best in -n-out joint in the North bay. Try asking for the (4×4) its sort of the biggest burger... its not on the menu, but they can make it if u ask for it.. its a little loud and could get crowded, but service is very fast. And clean. And its affordable.

In-N-Out deserves its reputation as the best fast food burger. Although the menu is small, everything is perfectly formed. The fries are a stand-out success but so are the sauces used in the burgers themselves. The place is also spotlessly clean.

Good In-N-Out Burger, like most others. Prices are good and the food is usually yummy. It seems to me they have gotten a little speedier. I dont go there very often but it feels like the wait times arent as bad as they used to be.

DAMN! This place is good! Best in n out Ive been to! Always fast, they have peppers by the ketchup and the spread is good. This in n out tastes very different from the others - in a great way! I just wish the drive thru was open!

It is always busy at this location and doesnt have a drive thru due to zoning issues however they are always quick to produce your meal and after years of going here I have never had anything to complain about.

Super packed, busy! Tables not getting cleaned very well. Soda fountain not well maintained when we came in. Peoples orders were getting called out of order regardless of when it was ordered or items ordered.

Most of the workers look happy to be there and their smiles brighten my day. Communication is easy. The lost star is for usually failing to have the shake ready or coffee brewed when the burger is presented.

I stop here often on my way home from the cities. Great well kept bathrooms. They move through lines like a hot knife through butter. Only thing you should now is there is not a drive through at this location.

My favorite In-N-Out in Marin!! For some reason the burgers here always seem fresh! Staff are always on point and work fast. This location is always packed! Be prepared to wait for the burger goodness.

Seriously the best In-N-Out Ive been to. Service was the fastest ever (and they were busy too). Fries were perfect. And the Flying Dutchman with grilled onions was perfectly done also. Excellent!!

Always fast and efficient service. The staff is professional and very pleasant. Tip, it gets very crowded from 3:15 - 5:30 or 6:00. Also, no drive-thru at this location.

Good burgers and fries. Get a triple triple with fries. Both animal style. Its a pretty busy location overall. Uncomfortable to eat there so I take it to go.
