I typically like this location, as the food is good. However, today I placed an order and waited almost an hour for delivery. When I called to check on my order, I was told by a girl who answered the phone that Pizza Hut had called me to confirm the order and was told that no such order was placed. Obviously, the girl who answered the phone had dialed the wrong number (and most likely the incorrect area code). I was then told that I could place my order again -- but needed to make sure I give them the correct phone number. Guess what? My e-mail confirmation included my phone number, which was correct. Moreover, it was placed from a Pizza Hut account that I had used to order online several times, with no issues. I didnt even have to enter a phone number for the order! So, not only did she not apologize for HER mistake, but I was blamed for providing a wrong number, even though I can prove I didnt. Not cool. Not classy. Not professional. Mistakes happen, but own up to them. Thats what makes the difference. I will not order from this location again, which Im sure is fine with the person who answered the phone. She clearly doesnt care about providing good service. Fewer customers means less work for her, after all! Id also add that Dominos Pizza once forgot to deliver some soda that I had ordered. In response, they called to apologize and sent me a coupon for a free soda. It sounds like some of the personnel at Pizza Hut could learn a thing or two from Dominos. I dont care how good your pizza is if you treat your customers like garbage, and dont take responsibility for your own mistakes.

When we first entered this location, the girl behind the register was very pleasant and informative about the deals going on. We got this deal they had going on for the night; 2 large pizzas, breadsticks and a 2 L bottle of pop. We had come in exhausted from a hiking trip so all we asked was if we can replace the 2L bottle with 2 fountain drinks only because we were told we cannot open the 2 L bottle. What is the purpose of that then? We wanted to have our drink with our meal so we had her ask her manager who was just chilling on her phone. Cannot believe we got "no" for an answer. We didnt even get our bottle till we were leaving. I understand if your policy indicates not opening a 2L bottle, so the least you can do is accommodate based on your customers needs. Aside from the manager being so inconsiderate, THERE WAS HAIR IN MY PIZZA. We didnt change our pizza because we were starving and couldnt wait any longer but we were so disgusted. I feel so bad for the girl behind the register to have a manager like that. That poor girl seemed so helpless I def felt her pain when she told me she couldnt substitute that bottle of pop for our drinks. Never going back. This place doesnt even deserve a single star.

I usually love Pizza Hut, but when I walked in, there was no one at the counter, and it was not because of lack of staff. Three staff members saw me over the course of 10 minutes and did not ask if I had been helped. The place was empty, so it wasnt due to the restaurant being overcrowded. Once we did get attended, we were charged for items we did not order, and my card was returned covered in pizza grease. Overall, it was a terrible experience and the staff did not do their jobs in customer service.

I ordered over $47.00 worth of pizza/bread sticks at this location today. It took over an hour and a half to receive my order. Upon opening it it looked like frozen pizza. It was dry, chewy, and cold. I called the manager and she said she would have it rellaced within 20 minutes. It has been an hour and 30 minute and still no pizzas. I called her back and was told I would get a $12.00 credit for a pizza on my next order. This is not exceptable at all. They should have refunded my money!!!

Check your receipts cause they like to charge $4.00 for delivery and the manager Ms Rebekah Johnson and the area coach Anthony are driving this place down the toilet. Service wasnt impressive had only one person at the counter on a Friday night while other coworkers lolly gollying around. At least take some pride in your job and help others out. Atwater location manager always has her store In order. Oh and a gaint pot hole in the parking lot you should look out for walking or driving.

I hate that Merced pizza hut charges More than regular pizza hut! And they Flaunt it in your face! I go to their website and it has a color ad showing $6.99 ea for 2 medium pizzas. But when click on it and give Merced address, it says that this offer is not available at Merced. Then u have to go to deals to search and they say $7.99 ea Instead! Merced is Not a rich town. It is one of the poorest areas. Whats with charging High Prices at this pizza hut? !!!

INCONSISTENCY. So some days I have a good order. Flawless almost, just the right amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Other days it looks like they let a new hire handle my pizza so theres very little sauce and very little cheese. Some times I ask for extra sauce on my pizza and I get skimped on the cheese. Other days I get hooked up just right on the cheese. Thats really my only complaint.

we had order a large pizza with breadsticks and wings to be delivered . So after the first hour we didnt really mind because we understood it takes time but once it hit about 2 going into 3 hours thats when we called and they still couldnt find our order. So we just told the lady that we wanted to cancel it and we ended up going to a different place.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. I ordered a pizza online and the manager canceled it without a notification! I ordered it for a friend who had just had a baby and her family didnt have dinner because of the absolute incompetence of the employees. Oh, and they didnt refund my card. I will be reporting this store to corporate.

Only ordered twice from there. First time took almost two hours to be delivered. Second time was collection and the pizza wasnt cooked properly plus the seasoned port topping had gone bad. That and they didnt put cheese on the garlic bread they ordered. Clueless staff, rude and obnoxious.

Customer service is great, but a bit slow. It seems they were understaffed, but overall still enjoyed the pizza! If you love Pizza Hut pizza and do not mind waiting for quite a while to get service or your pizza, then this place will do!

I just had a COLD pizza delivered after an hour 1/4 wait. it took longer to deliver than the time given online. We literally had to microwave it, it was so cold! Im going in to complain tomorrow...ill update how they handle it

The price is the only thing good about this pizza spot. On Sunday afternoon, the girl at the counter was rude and not helpful. Pizza was over seasoned, greasy, and hard I will not order from there anytime soon.
