I normally dont go Panera because its slightly expensive. However, every time I visited Panera (merced) I have had the best customer service. Despite long lines I receive my FRESH food within minutes. The cashier is always friendly and helpful despite me and my wife being picky eaters. The cashiers takes the time to help me pick a flavorful item, by recomending items and ensuring I get a good deal. It is always a pleasure to come to Panera. Thank you guys for being so great. My wife and I enjoy your food and service.

I agree with the reviewer about the mildewy soda machine taste, thought it may just be the water there. So I tried the hot water for tea which I prefer (sans tea,) someone put coffee in it so the clerk brought me some from back. Tried to get more before leaving, it was light brown with grounds coming out- might I suggest a bleaching.... Entire staff is very polite, though some are obviously lacking some care, concern, and/or training. Food is on par with others cross country, we frequent Panera often.

Good salad options, they were super fresh and good quality dressings and veggies. Bread made there is pretty good for the sandwich. The sandwich itself was somewhat lackluster. Fresh veggies but the amount of filling (chicken salad) was so measured and limited that the sandwich was actually dry. The pecan sticky bun (basically an inverted cinnamon roll baked on a layer of pecans) was also a little dry.

My husband and I are both self employed and dont have much time to wait for restaurant service. We love that we can place and order on line and just pick it up on the Ready stand without waiting in line. The sandwiches are inventive and yummy, salads are great and the soups are all delicious. The breads are really good too, especially the baguettes. Its fast and convenient but not FAST FOOD.

First of all they have a drive through. Very convenient and practical for such a place. My wife and I ordered the chicken avocado and it was amazing with some smoothies. We will go back and enjoy more with time. The only thing however is that our two sandwiches, chips and two smoothies were sort of pricey but aside from price, quality is definitely worth a visit.

Their soda has a moldy/mildew smell and aftertaste. It tastes as though they do not clean their soda machine properly. Used to be limited to drive through, but now the soda from the dining area tastes the same. Have mentioned it to them before, with no result.

This place is awesome. I went there with friends to get coffee and sandwiches. Rhe staff was really helpful and super nice. The coffee was good and the sandwiches were tasty. The total price wasnt very high. Definitely recommend

I recently tried this place with a couple of buddies. The prompt service, delicious food, and casual atmosphere all contributed to a wonderful experience. We returned to this same spot for lunch the next day!

Although tasty, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and they have me bacon. They were low on soufflés and only had light roast coffee. It was 8:30 AM so a little odd.
