Food of Ono is always good but manager would not honor my entertainment coupon. They used to honor it last year but he said I have to order a appetizer for under $6 rather than ordering a meal and have the second discounted for $6 after I had paid full for the first meal. So you get 3 stars.

Ive been to a lot of Ohnos and I always like them... However, this customer service crew and the juicy lemon chicken far surpassed my past experiences. Way to go guys youre fast and friendly. Shout out to the 4oclock crew youre killing it.

If the food wasnt so good I would give this place one star, but one of the workers here was very disrespectful when he called our order, he through the order on the counter like it was nothing, and thats not the first time he does this smh

I ordered my food at 8:45 and I asked if I could dine in or if I needed to take it to go. I was told "sure you can dine in." I received my food at 9 and by 9:13 Jose told me "Sorry miss but you need to leave." The food wasnt worth it.....

This is the best ono hawaiian!! GREAT staff, GREAT service, and DELICIOUS food!! There is no need to argue with the staff we should be aware that the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. To me, personally, this is the number 1 ono hawaiian!

Dont even bother phoning in. They dont even cook the food until you get there. They give you an estimate for how long it takes and it always takes them longer to cook your food. Slow slow service.

Very fast food feel to the place. The food was delicious but I am not sure of the quality of the food. The place smells strange. I must stress that the food was cheap and delicious.
