Customer service sucks. When I was putting in my order they didnt ask what sizes I would like the platter, they automatically assume you want the large to higher the ticket price. After they tendered me they didnt even offer the reciept. Makes me feel something fishy going on. 2 Masubi, a Moco Loco (not sure what size), BBQ Mix Platter, again not sure what size, and a small drink for $23. The BBQ beef was burnt, the chiken was bland, and the moco loco beef patties were dry. Thats why they doused it with tons of gravy. And what makes a good masubi is the layer of sauce between the rice and spam, and this had non. It was just spam and rice in seaweed for $1.75. I culd make that at home. I went to an L&L in Antioch when they were still a small chain and the food was great back then. Sad to say L&L would franchise their name out to people who are just in it for the money and not in to food quality. L&L if your reading this, take some soy sauce n honey, reduce that down and put it between the spam and rice in your masubi, then you can justify the $1.75 price. Maybe even charge a little bit more.

Reasonal price for a food amount of food. Definitely not the best Hawaiian food! (ONO TERIYAKI IN WOODLAND, CA IS 10 TIMES BETTER) Our first time here was on a Saturday afternoon. It was quite empty. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The Roseville location is terrible. Food is mediocre at best. The cashier was more worried about texting on her cell phone than tending to the customer in front of her. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Another customer lost due to bad customer service.

This L& L is probably the best one that Ive been to, except for the one in kauai.I ordered the Lau lau platter. it was nice and hot and a very large serving. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend eating there .

It really hits the spot for a quick Hawaiian BBQ fix. I wish their Loco Moco came in a Spam variant as well but it is still really good! Their sauce leaves just a little to be desired compared to my Hawaiian BBQ spot back in Davis

I come here occasionally for lunch and have to say that this is the worst L&L experience you can get. If you want proper service, go to the L&L located on Fairway drive. Food is great, management here is mediocre at best.

Ive been to different l&ls and they were AMAZING. This place was mediocore. The chicken was bland. No sauce on it couldve made it myself at home. Dissapointed. Will not be coming to this location ever again .

Decent food at a still reasonable price. Sometimes there is only one clerk who is juggling the register, bussing the tables and cleaning up the dining room, so be prepared to wait a bit.
