ok, i was skeptical reading all the bad reviews.. mainly of the customer service.. one lady behind me walked out, because the young order taker talked to his delivery guy instead of helping the customer first LOL. A little training here would do the business good. Other then that, i love the pizza here. Its the very thin crust, if you can call it new york style. People complain that take out it gets soggy. Just crisp it up 350 for a few minutes in the toaster oven.. Man, it was great again, and crispier. I split a large with 3 people, pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. It was delicious. And no, it wasnt super huge, but it was delicious, the way pizza should be. Ill be back even though their customer service could be better, and they are a bit pricier, but the quality i thought was there. I guess they have to pay the high rent of that location. Ill be back, if its better next time im giving them 5 stars.. the pizza was that good. Although i have no complaints with their service, i see what others have seen, so i gave service a unhappy face LOL. And value, another unhappy face just because it is more then other pizzarias. They have a 2 slice lunch special with a drink for 6 bucks. Thats not bad though, weekdays only.

I absolutely love this pizza. However, the customer service sucks! I called in an order. When I arrived to pick it up, I must have accidentally hit my invisible button, because they asked three people behind me if they can be helped. They even asked the two people behind me which of the two was first. At that point, I said that I was there first. They ignored me and walked in the back. When they came out they NEVER asked me how I can be helped. The little skinny chick behind the counter never even looked at me. I reappeared when I walked out. I called to tell them about their terrible service and they apologized and said it was on the house. I said NO THANK YOU! Now I have to find another deep dish pizza place in the South Bay. Any suggestions?

Absolutely excellent Chicago style deep dish pizza! There is nothing else in the South Bay that I have found comes close, and I eat pizza 2-3 times a week always seeking new and better places. I ordered takeout so when it comes to just the pizza dont believe any of the negative ratings. There is no way any objective taster outside of Chicago could rank this pizza as anything less than very good to excellent. It is on the pricey side, especially for a small essentially takeout place, but if you crave deep dish in the South Bay this is the only option I have found. BJs used to be good too, though not as good as this, but recently I have noticed the quality and taste have dropped dramatically. Maybe they expanded to much too fast.

Could be the worst slice of pizza Ive had in 15 yrs. Ordered two slices of cheese, received re-heated day old dried out pizza with next to no cheese on it. Ultimately tasted like a slice of toast with a tiny bit of tomato sauce on it. Took two bites out of each slice before they went straight into the garbage. Had I not gotten two miles away by the time I realized how bad they were, I wouldve taken them back. Maybe a whole pizza might turn out better, but Ill never find out. Totinos pizza rolls taste better than this cardboard.

Im taking a break from my deep dish delivery to my hotel to write how amazing this pizza is. Ive been to Chicago twice, each time eating deep dish. and this is better than one of them (I forget the name) and almost as good as unos. Great value too. . 9inch is easily enough for two people. I wish I had this in Toronto. Im writing this because of that clearly false neg review that the owner responded to. .

We experienced some absolutely delicious deep dish pizza here. The atmosphere is small and friendly. The staff are very helpful. Make sure to call ahead to order a deep dish or order online because it takes a while to cook, but its worth it!! The only thing that could make this place better is if they served beer! You can, however, bring your own bottle of wine, no corkage fee :)

Okay place as far as food. Nothing to write home about if you will. I will say the guy at register was a little rude. We explained we were from out of town and looking for a little guidance as far as the best choice from their super packed, over loaded menu and he just rushed us along, super rude. Needless to say with mediocre pizza- we wont be back.

This small restaurant serves great pizza and some spot on wings! Be aware that orders can take a while, but the food is good and the staff are friendly. For seating, there is ample space directly outside, with tables and chairs with plenty of shade. If youre not a pizza person, dont give up on Union Pizza Company, instead, give their wings a try!

Best chicago Deep Dish in California. I was very impressed and surprised to find that Union pizza has Chicago quality deep dish pizza. I dont eat deep dish all the time but I always order from Union pizza when I do. I have only tried their pepperoni and sausage pizza but it was amazing. If you are looking for deep dish i recommend union pizza.

Love this place. As a chicago native, I really miss deep dish. They are the closest thing Ive found to the real deal in LA. They dont get the cornmeal crust exactly right but its still delicious. I also love their union house salad! The staff is friendly and accommodates special requests without issue. Highly recommend this place.

Tasted fine, but with a crust barely 3/8" thick, it was not what I expected in a so-called Chicago style pie, which should be something like and inch thick... or more. The late great Itchy Foot was the best deep dish in Southern California, and even Numero Uno was more convincing. Live and learn. I wont be back.

I visit Union Pizza Company for lunch every now and again. They have a deal on two slices plus drink, and I order a couple of extra toppings. The pizza is ready in a few minutes and tastes almost as good as the pizza I make at home in my own pizza oven. Nice, fresh toppings and the service is always good.

This is probably the best Chicago deep-dish pizza you can experience in the South Bay. The pizza sauce has plenty of tomatoes and is made fresh so it can take a while to make so if you are dining in always call in advance. The thin-crust pizza takes a bit less preparation and the service is friendly.

Definitely love the food!!!!!! First time here and do not regret. Only suggestion is that people look distracted behind the counter. They were not rude or disrespectful in anyway but they didnt make me say I wanna comeback again because they went out of the way to give place a good atmosphere.

The best of both worlds! Best Chicago deep dish pizza ever outside of Chicago!!!! And the New York thin crust pizza is good too! Wings are great, have not been disappointed! Custom service is all star! Great out door patio with heaters! Customer for life! Oh and they deliver! BOOM!
