Today I was a bit bothered by the customer service when I came in for a coffee around 7pm to visit with a friend. The atmosphere seemed pretty loose, almost too loose. The young man who served me was laughing at something someone said to him over the earphones/mic. He did not even make eye contact and when I asked him a question, there was a delay in his response because whatever he was listening to was seemingly more humorous. I dont know if this is common practice here or if the kids were playing while the manager was away. And there was a girl behind the counter in a tank top with no apron. Is that common too?

I alway enjoying stopping @ this Place and order my coffee every morning and your always treated with the out most respect & with a smile which make the day so much pleasant. I enjoy the environment of full energy & everyone that make me feel important. Keep up the good work everyone there @ this Starbucks.

Store was absolutely filthy. The counter were I picked up my coffee was sticky and dirty. The bathroom floor was so dirty with black dirt marks. The bag hook was broken. Amazing since this is a newer location.
