Worst place ever to go shopping, the employees have horrible customer service, no one in the store smiles, they hold conversations while they are helping you check out, playing on their phones while your guests are in line, I ask for an extra bag because I was walking and had two gallons of ( milk and juice ) needed the extra bag and the cashier was very rude " One bag for every $20 you spend on EBT, you shouldve brought your own bags when you shop next time ". I will never come here again and I will be filing a customer complaint with the head corporate office....

i remember when I young, Superior markets were so well maintained. They had awesome customer service. Now, cashiers are so busy having their earphone plugs on and having their own personal conversations with whoever it is they have on their phone they dont even bother to greet you. Very few Superior Grocers are well kept. For the most part they seem dirty. My critique is not so much to bash them but in hopes that they do something to improve those conditions.

Everything is marked incorrectly or the shelves are just that messed up to many people not enough tellers ever. I was approched by a with free phone and he seemed truly shocked when I told him I have a job no ebt no medical and no air I dont get SSI. Then here comes the guy with pillows, and the lady with tamales. And lets not forget get the guy doing push-ups using the speed bump. Choose another store this one is the worst......

No me gusta que cuando vas a pagar encuentra solamente una o dos líneas abiertas y hay demasiada gente esperando. Y en lugar de abrir más líneas para poder pagar y que sea más rápido el servicio.

Its close to where I live. To get better prices I need to travel on public transportation costing 4 or more hours. Ive always been treated with kindness and respect. One suggestion I have for this store, is to have more check stands open when the lines exceed 5 people waiting in line. Recently there has been an issue with bags. This issue seems to be resolved now.

Todo muy bien. Excepto el servicio ya que hay mucha gente y sólo dos o tres cajas abiertas y las filas de los clientes al full. Hay gente que se desespera y se va.

Its 9pm and the shopping carts are full of trash or locked. The produce is delivered frozen and as it thaws out it begins to show freezer burn. The cucumbers were soft or frozen hard. Only 5 checkout lines were open yet there were more nine people in each line. Took 20 minutes just to buy folgers and milk.

Nice grocery store! Bathrooms are always pretty clean and smell great! Good selection of Mexican items in store. Like to go here because I usually can get in and out fairly quick! Also very glad they open at 6:00 am. Ive been to some others around Southern California and they didnt open till 7:00am.

Well, for starters.The store isnt well kept inside as for cleaning goes.The lines can become long during the afternoon.Best time is to come on the mornings during the weekdays.When its busy, with numerous(100+) amounts of people they will only have 3 registers lines open.

A bit on the colloquial side, yet still has the best prices in the area. Find anything here from produce to meat to alcohol and so much more. The lines are long, the service is alright, but the products are cheap and they accept EBT.

You can buy pretty much everything here. In the evening (around 6pm) the place is overcrowded - come here at any other time. This district and store are all about afro Americans and Mexicans. There are no white people whatsoever.
