Theyve got excellent jalapeño (and regular) ham and cheese croissants! They were wonderfully soft and flaky, and the jalapeño really adds a nice kick. We didnt find the doughnuts exceptional. Yeast-raised doughnuts are my favorite - I ordered the unglazed sugar one so I can judge the flavor and texture of the dough more clearly. My husband ordered the unglazed blueberry cake doughnut. There was a strong taste of oil in both of them. The texture of the raised doughnut was more like a fried bread, not the light and fluffy texture I would look for. The blueberry one was a bit bland and dry, and again had a strong oil taste. I might come back for the ham and cheese croissant if I happen to be in the neighborhood, but I wouldnt recommend their doughnuts.

I dont really know what this place is known for, but whatever I had was bomb! I had the ham and cheese croissant and it was really good. And then I had the jalapeno ham and cheese croissant and that was totally their maker. Both of them were super good! The croissant was perfectly butter, light and flaky and the ham and cheese combination was perfection. And then I had the blueberry donut and that was hella good too. It was denser than a normal donut so it was more cake like which I loved! It wasnt overly sweet and had a good amount of blueberries. Overall, Im a total fan. I hate that I live so far.

I went here for the ham and cheese croissants. It wasnt for me but I bought one anyone. It was good, but I feel like it would have been better if they use real cheese then cream cheese. They are open 24/7 which is intense. This place gets packed around, I guess drunk people like to eat. At any rate. I do want to mention that make sure to set your GPS to avoid ferries, cause the GPS will lead you to a ferry, which isnt bad, but it is an interesting experience. Its two dollars for yourself and your car to use the ferry. Haha Im in a car, ON A BOAT.

Thai Tea & Jalepeno Ham and Cheese croissant (heated up). Thats basically all you really need to know. Its right on Newport Beach and its so cheap and delicious. I came here once late at night for some drunchies, but they were already out of the croissants. I settled for their cronuts and it was just not the same. Pass on the cronuts and opt for any of their croissant options. Also, their thai tea is huge and milky.. definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Seaside should always be a necessary stop when youre at the beach!

most fresh delicious donuts Ive ever had. My friend and I made a last minute trip from Arizona (it was 117 that day) and were dying to go to the beach. we got in the car and drove out to the nearest beach. we arrived at 1am went for a freezing swim and then saw this shop. we were not disseapointed and the man who took our order made the most amazing smoothie i have ever had. I am in love with this shop. went back two days later just for the donuts! The older man there was very nice. the environment was great. 10/10 <3

Amazing! The staff were great! Friendly, quick, and entertaining. Went there after a long day of looking for apartments and they made the day so much better. I told the girl I never tried a cronut before and she got me one that had just finished! It was delish! Their "security" needs to toughen up, cause she supposedly stepped on his tow and he couldnt stop crying (their joke that was going on that evening) haha. It was entertaining. Thanks, will be back once we move down in a few weeks!

One of the few places in Newport that is open late besides the other corn dog place. I enjoyed going here because of their ham and cheese croissants but recently i ordered their green tea thai tea and a couple minutes after i felt nauseous. I dont know if it was my fault or theirs, but it was horrible nonetheless. Other than that, cool place to visit when youre at the beach at late hours and looking for a quick bite.

Ive been going to NB for years and I had never notice this Bakery before. We stopped by here and it was just a fun place with good food. Their breakfast menu was small but still plenty to choose from. I had their Maple Bacon Waffle and my wife their House Cornbeef and Hash, winners both of them! Cute place inside and seating outside. My wife says their coffee is very good, a bit strong but good.

This donut shop is the greatest! I wish they had a shop where I live! I recently took a trip with a bunch of friends to Newport and this shop alone made our trip that much greater! Thanks to the great employees being so friendly everytime we stopped by, wonderful donuts, 3 A.M donut holes, make you sure try some and my main man Pisanu!! Used to live around the corner. Quick place to fill up on muncheez after a long night of drunkenness. Ham and cheese croissants are a hit here as it fills you up and stays in your stomach to keep the beer inside you. And it wont make you feel bad in the morning unlike eating 3 donuts and not remembering what kind they were.

So amazing, my son guessed the colour of a gum ball from the vending machine.. and was granted a free donut.. An amazing bunch of staff and a wonderful experience for my son visiting from Australia. Will be back soon! P.S the donuts are amazing as well.

One of my favorite places on Newport Beach. The ham and cheese croissants are delicious do are the chocolate and almond ones. The Tai Iced tea is great on a hot day. Dont be scared of the line, theyre is almost always one but it moves fast.

Got their ham and cheese w/ jalapeños one night, and my friends had their donuts. Definitely a nice place that everyone can enjoy, right next to the pier. Seems theres always a line outside, but never a long wait.

I had the Apple fritter donut. It was so good and a good size for the price. The chunks of apple were delicious and the donut itself was dense but tasty! Definitely recommend this place!
