Awful experience. walked in the whole staff was serious, unpleasant, bad attitude, felt uncomfortable from the begging hesitated to order and walked out instead. I didnt want to eat my beautiful dinner around a low vibe. Im sorry Im not being mean just looking out for folks who love fat burger for the taste and good experience but try another fat burger around the area instead and save yourself the discomfort. Unless youre in for the adventure and you want to get the same experience as me then please live it to believe it. Im sad... fat burger is the best but this place is overshadowed by the staff. Something is very wrong... I believe I felt with the manager. No hope

The guy getting the orders shouts your irder right back at your face. I guess he has a problem of hearing because I have to repeat my order a couple of times to him. Then I told him that I would eat there but he still let me get my order packed in a bag to go. People like him are used to giving people a hard time if they can get away with it because they carry their badge as superior to minorities who they think cant afford their store, minorities who can only work for them but not eat there. The minorities too are proud they can work for those kind of places.

I wish I read the reviews before going in. The main chashier there is extremely rude! She doesnt greet you, and she treats you as if coming into the store is the worst thing youve ever done to her. Even if youre courteous and cheerful youll be treated like crap when you go in there. I honestly pondered if my food was tampered with purely out of spite as I walked away with my order. She processed my order under another employees name "Victor" so you cant even point the finger at the right person.

Wow - this is the first burger I havent finished in my life. Firstly requested no egg or dairy and the patty was covered in cheese. The burger was soggy beyond belief and despite not liking ketchup on fries, I found myself slathering it on them just to give them some flavour as they were cold and bland. Wouldnt have eaten any of it had I not just travelled 20 hours from Australia or paid 15 dollars for it.

I only go a couple of times a month. Went in on Thursday night and the lovely lady said, Hi Miss Kitty! I was stunned that she remembered my name. Delilah is very sweet and friendly. Food is always perfect. I love In n Out, but Fatburger is just as good and much closer. This is my hamburger place for fast food.

if you are looking to find a great french restaurant this is the place to go. I ate here on a recent trip to SWest Hollywood, CA and the food...well, cest magnifique! I had the Croque Madam with a quail egg, the beef tartar, and a latte. The flavors were incredible and the ambiance very cute with cafe style decor.

I love Fatburger and this is a decent location. They have a parking lot which is NUMBER one on 3rd street, under $10 and is fine of a break since it doesnt have a lot of seating since its a mini FB. If youre over near CSMC and looking for a place to eat thats pretty inexpensive its a good choice.

I love this place.I went in today and the owner recognized me and gave me a discount just for writing a good review. And of course, the food was amazing as always. This is easily the best burger spot in Miami.The food is always on point, and you cant beat the service, they always take care of you.

Ordered over the phone and friend had them repeat it and confirm and of course we get there, pick it up and come home to find out the entire order was wrong. The food was cold by the time we got home and was further away than i wanted to go back and get replacements.

Worst service ever. Got a wrong order and cashiers were very miserable in all ways possible. They shouldt bring their personal issues into work. I wont ever go back to that place. I wouldnt even give you one star. You guys are Zero stars.

since theres no in n out or 5 guys within 3 miles this will have to do if you want a fast burger. I like the fat fries with a turkey burger with extra ketchup. cedars Sinai employees get a slight discount

This is one of the places where you pass by hungry, eat a burger, and leave. Not fancy, not really expensive, not supergood but tastes ok. Go here a lot, and it would probably get you fat.
