Cooler than the other side of the pillow The term "Cool" gets thrown around too much these days so its hard to decipher what really is "Cool" anymore. You tell me...really though Im old now. I just learned what "Trill" and "On Fleek" was like two weeks ago, definitely put me in my place. Id better throw on a tan cardigan and head to bed at 9pm watching M*A*S*H. Is this place Trill?! Because I think its definitely On Fleek! Whats the secret recipe?! The restaurant game is cut throat nowadays, like Housewives of Beverly Hills! You gotta have it all to make it - the cool vibe, the delicious food, the great ambiance, the unique craft beer, the hand selected alcohol selection to pair with the food. Royce has it all and somehow theres a 6th umami kind of element that you just cant explain but thats why its so damn cool.

We came here for after dinner drinks, recommended to us by the bartender at the restaurant where we had dinner just around the corner and he did not fail us. We are cocktail lovers and I would daresay connoisseurs and more often than not we see the same cocktails at various bars that have simply changed the name or added just one more ingredient to try to mix things up. We felt differently here. The cocktails were very unique & delicious which is difficult to accomplish. They have an extensive menu of varying spirits which looks like is yet to come. In the meantime, enjoy one of their outstanding cocktails. The only reason we didnt give them 5 stars is because other than a chocolate chip cookie (which was amazingly good), we didnt eat here & dont know what the food is like.

Parking: There are a couple pay-per-parking lots around every nook and cranny around here. Came here for a quick bite to eat and some drinks before heading to the Ice Cream Museum. WHAT A DELIGHT. At first I was a little skeptical of their food menu. It sounded so plain and basic + they didnt have that big a variety of items. BUT!!!! They proved me wrong. We had the nachos and Burger and I have to say it was one of the best bar burgers and best bar nachos I have ever had. These little basics really pack a punch of juiciness and flavor here! Had the dirty martini, extra dirty. The presentation was SO ADORABLE! It came in its own little cooler bin with extra on the side from the shaker. My experience here was super. I highly recommend this spot at a great date spot!

Went here last night for a friends birthday. Great whiskey and beer selection. The full drink menu is quite large but ERB has a nice cheat sheet menu if you want to get ordering more quickly. The outdoor patio is nicely decorated and a great spot to hang out with friends. I also came here to try the happy hour burger and was not disappointed. $10 gets you a deceivingly simple looking burger and fries. The quality of the patty was excellent and the bun was rich and toasted. Id rank the burger somewhere above Shake Shack and In-N-Out but a notch below Fathers Office. However, at this price, this is an excellent burger.

We happened to be in the neighborhood and yelp recommended this bar. A good choice! A little speakeasy vibe, relatively small and intimate. Sat at the bar and were pleasantly surprised by a happy hour. So we took advantage of that and ordered a couple of whiskey drinks, and enjoyed the complimentary chips and dip. We were pretty early, so not very crowded, but the bar staff was great to talk to and we enjoyed the extra attention. Parking is easy on the streets which is a bonus in LA.

My gf had her engagement surprised here at ERB and my other gf had her birthday party here as well. With a huge open patio and libation flowing this is just the perfect spot to just get everyone together for a night of celebration. It may get a bit chilly later in the evening if your outside.. so make sure to bring a jacket. Their is only one stall for womens bathroom which is major pooper being that this is a bar - but good enough !

Newish bar in the art-industrial neighborhood. They have a dedicated parking lot next door, which is a big plus for the location. The food is accurately described as "bites." The drinks go from custom cocktails to wine to beer, but I would say the cocktails are most popular, then wine, then beer. The back patio is much larger than the relatively small interior. Gets busy on weekends, very manageable on weekday nights.

Great place to meet up with a group of people. The service is excellent and the happy deals are whats keeping this place from being one of my personal favorites. $10 for a burger and fries is decent but its not one of those typical hefty burgers, its much lighter, which I guess isnt such a bad thing. I really love the open space and couldnt believe how great the servers were coming to check on us.

All around a great restaurant in the south end of the Arts District. Awesome patio when the weather cooperates. The inside is smaller but beautiful too. The small food menu has something for everyone with everything being delicious. Lots of choices for the drinks. The service is incredible. They treat everyone like life long friends. Probably the most welcoming restaurant I have ever been too.

Extensive wine, cocktail, spirits selection, and they also have a decent tap list and beer bottle selection. ERB also cooks up some fantastic bar foods with those biscuits the big surprise of the night. They have a very flakey, delicate, and almost croissant like quality to them. A definite must try. Only knock is that it gets extremely crowded.

Exceptional food. We had the pan roasted panko duck paired with local wine. The rich duck over brocoli potatoes paired so well it was mind blowing. The wine maker was there and personally poured and talked to us about the wines he made and picked for the pairing. So interesting and innovative.

The food is excellent and the cocktails are all well-crafted. A rotating beer selection to please craft beer fans and a super respectable selection of liquors for the connoisseur. An attentive and lively gang of bartenders if you sit at the bar. Dont miss this one while in the Arts District!

I found ERB on a google search while planning for a big event in my life, took a chance, WOW I made the best choice possible. Starting with the event coordinator, food, drinks, and customer service were all incredible. Many of my guests say they will be back again!

That dirty sprite though! Anyways this place is great to hang out with friends and have a great talk or just come out for a celebration. They have an extensive list of wines and liquor. Their specialty? The cocktails. They are tailored to perfection.

Love the ambiance but they could have better shade in the patio. People were melting in the summer heat till about 7:30 pm. Cant imagine attempting to sit outside on a rainy day. Food was good but not too many options. My Old Fashion was great.

Very good coffee and espresso without being pretentious or overpriced. Friendly staff (especially the owner!) know the regulars; the place feels like a local hub. We have to drive to get there but keep coming back (easy street parking helps).
