A great experience and addition to Long Beach, Pieology Pizzeria offers you the opportunity to create your own pizza - the way you like it - with a wide selection of ingredients and choices. You even get to choose what kind of dough you want to use in creating your own pizza. Moreover, it is fast, fresh and fun. I was hooked at the welcome by the staff when my daughter and I entered the store. It felt great to be welcomed with energy and sincerity. The pizza was fantastic (I was a bit skeptical when my daughter added yellow corn to the pizza - yet it was fabulous). Pieology has mastered the science of combining great pizza with a friendly and welcoming environment.

We love this place. Pizza exactly as you want it. But why I am writing this review is because today our experience was HORRIFYING! A young girl was clearly new, but sweet and trying to please. The manager apparently didnt like her progress, so she comes over and starts to micro manage her in such a rude embarrassing way! We gave the manager a dirty look, she walked away and sent another manager over who was just as impatient and rude to the new girl! This was 500 times worse than the new girls slow prep. Dont know how they keep employees this way! We will avoid this place for awhile!

I wont give this a lower score even though we didnt much enjoy it. Were very picky when it comes to the crust and were pretty underwhelmed with this one. Its great for gluten free and even vegan choices though and I can see we might go again should we be accompanying someone who needs a gf or vegan option.

I enjoy this type of pizza place where you can create your own. By far Pieology is the best chain, their sauce has an excellent flavor, the herb butter before the sauce adds a nice kick. The service at this location is very friendly, the restaurant is very clean.

I can eat this everyday. The staff is accommodating. I am a disabled veteran and need to use a cane for move around. Every time I show up by myself the staff offers to bring it out to me or carry the pies for me. Thank you for everything Pieology.

Great place! Plenty of choices of toppings. In general, the pizza is actually pretty good. Plus, it doesnt take too long to get your pizza. I would definitely recommend this place over every other pizza place (dominos, Pizza Hut..)

I love this place! They serve amazing pies! Always cooked to perfection and a great selection of toppings. The customer service is always spot on! This location is so much better than the Lakewood location as well:)

Love being able to make my own choices and control what I put on my pizza. The staff is kind and are always ready to assist. Took my picture in the car on the ride home, couldnt resist nibbling a slice.

Very tasty pizza prepped to order. The whole family loved it. The line seems to be the longest part of the wait The pizza cooks quick. Outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade is a nice touch.
