I really like Chipotle food, so much so Ill put up with the terrible service at this location. Its not managed very well, and the assembly line system just doesnt work well at all. The line is always to the door and moves very slowly. On one visit, the staff member putting the meat in was busy restocking the table as casually as she could. Then when I finally got past her there was nobody at the register. But there were 10 people in the back looking frantic and working like crazy. They were busy making fresh food, and the freshness is what keeps me coming back.

I absolutely LOVE their food and would normally rate Chipotle 5 start but the service at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE! We we served spoiled tomatoes and the manager (Yessica) refused admit their was a problem. She even went on to imply that we really didnt buy food from their and that we just wanted free food. I cannot express how bad their service is. They constantly skimp on the servings. Dont even bother going to this location!

The service was not up to pace and it was a little disappointing. Servers rolled their eyes and seemed as if they did not want to be there. We did not get the guacamole we asked for multiple times and got very little meat in our bowl . . Dont expect too much.
