First, I would like to start out by saying I met both of Sub Zero Ice Cream and Yogurt, CEOs and they are the kindest, most genuine people out there. They have inspired many with their desire to keep their ice cream both authentic and delicious. My friend and I went out on a cold winter night and, like most normal people, wanted cold ice cream (haha). We ordered Vanilla Bean, Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt, and a seasonal "butter chocolate". The ice cream has a quality taste and the right amount of flavoring. We both agreed it gives off a homemade vibe. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. I brought my sister here who was visiting from Kansas City and it totally knocked our socks off. I didnt understand the concept at first - "What do you mean you can make your own "flavor" of ice cream?? Ice cream is ice cream." I was wrong. You can mix up to 3 syrup/flavors to create your own unique ice cream base and then add toppings/mix-ins to that. I did banana, marshmallow, and peanut butter for my base then added mini Reeces Peanut Butter cups. Amazing. Ill be returning this weekend for sure!

If youre not in a hurry and want superior ice cream of any flavor and goodies mixed in to create your own customized nitro blasted sweet treat this is your place! Get to watch your ice cream be made from scratch! Love the thick &creamy custard base. It was a fun & delicious experience

Early Friday night, a line, but not too long. They have postings for help, as they have only 2 people working there. Anyway, ice cream is very good... The whole process is very unusual, but it results in very good, creamy ice-cream. Enjoy...

20 min wait, Friday night and only two people working! Not a good first attempt to impress. Very slow service. Oh... Still 8 people ahead of me... There was 15 to begin with. Total 35 minute wait... Sadly

We liked it for cool unique ice cream. But Im not sure I love the name… I would pick something a little bit more friendly and appetizing. Otherwise pretty good and very good service.

Its not bad, I got the coffee ice cream and it was like a really sweet iced coffee, more sweet than coffee flavor. Same concept as creamistry, just not the same quality.
