By far the dirtiest Baskin Robbins EVER. Dont ever go here. I waited patiently for about 15 mins and still no one helped me, even though there were about 4 staff working. I final spoke up and asked for a soft serve ice cream. The soft serve machine was right in front of me so i can see what she was doing. The girl staff didnt know how to work the machine and as the ice cream dispensed i can see that it was melting on the side. She then goes to the sink and got a WET NASTY FILTHY Rag to wipe the side of the ice cream cone. Seriously, its common sense how the hell can you use a rag like that and wipe it and expect me to take it. I then told her that i didnt want that and she responded "FINE". To top it off she overcharged me for it. I ordered a small but she charged me for a regular. The owner needs to look at how the staff works here, if they are able to do such a thing in front of a customer, i cant imagine what they do when there arent.

Holy molly, their black forest cake ice cream flavor is SO FREAKING GOOD! Im not a big fan of black forest cake, but cake is always good, and this flavor is the bomb. I want to go back right now and get another one.The service is top notch, and the food is super Instagram. LOLL.

very good and attentive workers behind the counter. they were happy to offer samples and serve everybody very quickly. they had a busy store but were able to handle everyone happily and did not seem to stress which was good

If youre going to have a profile on yelp, make sure your store hours are correct! Theres nothing fun about waiting an extra hour for the store to open. The store opens at 10, and yelp says 9...

The selection of flavors are good. However, the staff does need to improve their customer service skills. They dont mention their current promotions, and may over charge you.
