Menu items are interesting, but it seems like whoever created them didnt try them before they started selling them. The cotton candy dish was essentially preventing you from eating the ice cream until the cotton candy was gone. One of my friends got an item that came with a cookie, and it came on a totally separate plate; not with ice cream on it like a pizookie or something. The creme brulee is heated on top of the ice cream, so the sugar part essentially melts off the top of the ice cream (half of mine slid out of the cup and onto the plate before I even started eating). Prices are high, and customer service was weak - the manager (yes, manager) offered to get our table waters, which we gladly accepted... no waters were received. That being said, the flavors are good, and there are options here that arent available at some of the other liquid nitrogen ice cream places around, so theyre just finding their footing. May be worth a try if they make some changes, but until then, Im sticking with Creamistry or Cauldron for my nitrogen-based ice cream.

Ive passed by this place a couple times, as my coworkers like to come to this plaza for lunch, but never went in until now. Scoops N Scoops is a nitrogen ice cream place, so the prices are more expensive. When I walked in, I noticed their LED display menu was not done well. They explained their process, but they dont have a list of flavors on there. You have to grab a menu from the counter to read what flavors they offer. Service is also a little slow. Had to wait at the counter for a while before someone came up to help me. I got the red velvet flavor with brownie bits. You have the option of having the topping being mixed in or on top. The cashier who rung me up told me that mixing in was a lot better, but when I got my ice cream, I noticed the brownie bits got hard. Next time, I would definitely opt to get my toppings on top instead of mixed in. Taste wise, I could really taste the red velvet flavor and the ice cream was very creamy.

I tried both the strawberry ice cream sandwiched between two macaron shells and the black sesame red bean & mochi creation, and both were quite disappointing. While I liked the shells of the macarons, the ice cream did not taste any different than a regular strawberry ice cream that I would find at the grocery store. The black sesame did not taste like black sesame at all, and instead tasted more like peanut butter. The red beans were too mushy, and the combination did not go well together. Ive heard a few good things about Scoops N Scoops, so perhaps the items we ordered were the wrong ones.

All I can say is you might not want to go there on a weekend! My daughter and I were excited to conclude our Daddy-daughter date on Sunday with an ice cream and they were all out of 90% of the menu. No chocolate, no coffee, no falooda (whatever that is), no date shake, all out of brownies, mint, mochi and mocha, and most fruit flavors. The big save was that my gluten-free, dairy-free daughter was able to have a strawberry coconut sorbet and she loved it!!

Good ice cream. However, for all effort involved in nitrogen freezing, and charging a premium, the end result is mediocre. Very sweet and gummy, reminds me of Coldstone. Real ice cream has a much different texture. Ala Minute in Orange is better, and the same price... I wont be coming back.

Everything is sooo tasty! Great customer service! I got one of the combinations and when I saw how much was actually served, I was in awe. It almost made me regret getting a larger size (needed a friend to help me). Definitely going back when I am in the area.

Overpriced. Guy didnt know how to make a classic American sundae. Then forgot the cherry on top. Ice cream didnt taste real. And the hot fudge wasnt even real. Save your money and go someplace better.

The only reason we go here is to get Falooda, which is a typical indian ice cream dessert. I have tried it several places but this place wins hands down. Quantity is huge and taste is out of thr world.

Ordered a medium mango ice cream for six dollars, and Im enjoying every bit of it. They gave a good generous amount for the medium cup it was served in. I would call this grade A ice cream.

Found this little place after eating at a restaurant nextdoor. Its a make-your-own ice cream place that uses liquid nitrogen! How cool is that! Definitely coming back.

We had a groupon and they wouldnt accept it even though it was not expired. They told us to contact Groupon and Groupon said it was non refundable. So we just lost $10
