WHILE ON VACATION IN CALIFORNIA WE ORDERED A PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT ON EL TORO ROAD. SINCE WE ARE HUGE FANS OF PIZZA HUT (OUR LOCAL LOCATION) WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A TRY SINCE THEY DELIVERED TO OUR HOTEL. WE PLACED OUR ORDER BY USING THEIR MOBILE APP, WHICH I OFTEN USE WHEN WE ARE HOME. I MADE SURE THAT MY ORDER WAS EXACTLY CORRECT. WE LIKE BBQ CHICKEN BUT HATE THE HUT FAVORITE PIZZA CRUST FLAVOR SO I MADE SURE THAT WE GOT A DIFFERENT CRUST. WHEN WE GOT OUR PIZZA WE WERE VERY GENEROUS WITH OUR TIP AS WE WERE ON VACATION AND THE OPTION TO DELIVER WAS PERFECT FOR US SO WE FELT THAT WE SHOULD TIP GOOD. WHEN WE OPENED ONE OF OUR PIZZAS WE NOTICED THAT ON ONE THE CRUST HAD TWO FLAVORS- ONE BEING THE FLAVOR THAT WE WANTED AS WELL AS THE HUT FAVORITE. IT RUINED OUR PIZZA COMPLETELY. WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY KNEW THEY MESSED UP BUT THEY CORRECTED IT BY PUTTING THE FLAVOR THAT WE WANTED ON TOP OF THE MESSED UP FLAVORING. WE ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND WE WERE TOLD NO SINCE THE ERROR WAS FIXED. WHICH IT REALLY WASNT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOTICE THE ERROR BUT WE HAD TO FIND OUT THE ERROR ON OUR OWN AND THEN WHEN WE NOTICED THE ERROR THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT IT? THATS PRETTY DARN CRAPPY IF YOU ASK ME. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! IF WE KNEW THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON OUR PIZZA WE WOULDNT HAVE PAID FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. SUCH A JOKE. I WOULD RECOMMEND DRIVING THE EXTRA DISTANCE OR GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION DOESNT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IF I COULD RATE THIS LOWER THAN 1 STAR, BELIEVE ME, I WOULD.

Sunday 3/19/2017 Ordered online and says pizza will be done in 20 minutes. I arrive to pick up at 30 minutes. A lady working by herself. "Sorry I havent started on your pizza! There is still 3 people ahead of you." We were heading to a party so we cancelled the order and went to Pizza 900 instead. They need to provide more accurate completion time and more staff on weekends at this location. Have you seen how long it takes for some people to order pizza over the phone? I dont go here often but the last few times I had nothing but problems.

Their new manager Joe has really turned this place around!!! The food is great and inexpensive!!! (Only $7 per medium pizza for ANY toppings you choose!) Fast service and more importantly--FRIENDLY, with a smile. (Pizzas were ready in 10 minutes!) Genuinely nice person. Delicious new pizza choices! (I got bbq chicken, but customized it)

Just called to make a take out order. When I asked how much the pasta was the girl said $7.50 or $8. I say well how much is it and she says well let me punch it in and Ill tell you. She had a very bad attitude and whats worse is that I find out shes the manager! Never going to this place again!

Pre-ordered for pick up and store was still closed when we showed up. Door was locked until 10:20am when their business hours state 10:00am. Employee was in her car until 10:15. Pizza Hut needs to change their times if they cant hire reliable employees to show up on time. So disappointing.

I ordered two pizzas from the store at 22481 El Toro Rd, Suite A Lake Forest, CA 92630 tonight. They were both way below standard. The crust was very chewy and not crisp at all and had an abundance of sauce. The pizza was barely warm. Worst pizza I have ever had.

First of all we ordered the pizza excatly 98 minutes ago, and I SPECIFICALY asked it be delivered in the BACK now I have to share!!! well thank you very much! NO NAPKINS ?! >:( Should have hired some minorities! You guys are sleepingZzzzzzz

TOO Expensive, and undercooked, and YES, Delivery DOES take WAY too long ! Order from Papa Johns instead if you want hot fresh fast affordable Delicious pizzas !!

It was a horrible experience my husband bought some hot wings last night but they were raw it was soo discusting I felt sick afterwards, its so not worth my time!!

Pizza Hut, from a corporate level, has gone down hill. The pizzas dont decompose when you forget to refrigerate them. Something isnt right.
