I am not the type to leave such a bad review, but they need to do something about this location! Ive been to panera many times and have never had such a bad experience like we did here! First, we found out they no longer make the sandwich we always ordered which sucked but we didnt mind trying something else. Wanted to get a bread bowl and they were out of them. Asked prior to ordering if their kids turkey chilli was spicy at all and was told it wasnt only to have my son spit it out and cry because it was spicy. My husbands sandwich was $8 and had hardly any meat on it. We had to clean our own table and the bathrooms were dirty and out of paper towels. They were also out of napkins and tea. Overall, just poor customer service! Will not be back to this one!!!

The middle aged woman behind the register seemed annoyed that she had to do her job....ummm, isnt that what you are here for? It was empty and there was NO line yet she was rushing me while I was looking at the pastries and menu asking numerous times in an annoyed voice "are you ready yet" followed by agitated sighs. I would understand if I was standing there for 10 minutes while there was a line, but no one was there, and Im pretty sure I was only browsing the menu for about a minute or two. Anyways, I usually like the food when they dont burn it, make it quickly and sloppily, or give me something that has been sitting out all day.

The reason I give one star is not the food there customer service is horrible orders are pack wrong at least 5 times for me, employees behind the food counter just talking and checking their phones they dont check the orders missing bread, chips, half sandwich, orders complains manager goes no where panera management please do something about orders and missing items bring the Panera service back to this location like I use to see other panera My opinion train not done properly this location

Great place to eat dinner on a Sunday evening after church. Sometimes busy with students from local colleges/universities studying. Not loud, lots of whispering conversations. Outside tables are okay when its not windy or rainy. Awesome service along with the nice selection of food to eat, especially snacks & sweets sold. Love the fresh baked bread, daily made.

Service and beverage were terrible. My party of five ordered food and drink. All were served, and I still had to go looking for me Latte, I had no food. When I tracked some down they said cues sir it will be right up. When it came my nephew was half done with his salad. My Latte tasted like salt water. No I remember why I go to Starbucks.

Service is always bad here. They are always impatient and answer your questions rudely. Ive only gone twice bcuz of this. I cant tell you how many times I think of going for lunch or dinner until I remember how their customer service is-even from a manager!

my daughter has celiac disease and we were trying to find out if there was flour in the turkey chili. the manager seemed bothered that we asked and when we asked if they had a gluten free menu she said no sharply and walked away.

I eat at Panera in La Verne at least once a week. The food is excellent but what really makes the restaurant is the service. Always a smile on the servers and the service is fast. Ten stars********** to Panera in La Verne!!!!!!

Staff is nice and the soups are delicious. However, the soups leave you just as hungry as when you walked in. Fav: broccoli cheddar soup in a bread.

Great food. Bad service. The manager could take a lesson from the manager at the Panera on Summit in Fontana. That place feels like a second home.
