Well everytime I go there I really end up very unsatisfied. Specially since I compared to any other location I had being. My first time there I bought a turkey carved/bacon well it was when it first came out, and the restaurant staff were kids between 15-17. Any way back to the sandwich, when the kid was making the carved turkey/bacon he only put one serving for a foot long sub, so I kindly asked why just one serving when it is a 12 inch sub, so he asked the manager, surprised a 16 year old kid comes put of the back just to say that is how it supposed to be, orders from above. So that upseted me but I was too hungry (worked 14 hour shift and that was my lunch). The other time it really made me stop going there was just a week ago, in between a 16 hour shift, I order a sweet onion chiken teriyaki sub, they changed the staff now, and the guy helping me was a very new staff member, at the time of puting the chiken on the sub he realized that the spoon no matter how he tried to get the chiken it would be half full, so he thought to put some extra just to balance the situation, but when he did that a guy came from the back and looks at it and says " is that a double meet sub?" So the new guy looks at me and honestly I said yes with my head, just so he wouldnt be in trouble, after that the guy that came from the back was behind the new guy at every step he took. I know they are a business, but YOU ARE A FASTFOOD RESTAURANT not one of the others in the area. Their motto should be "By locals for tourists, since You wont be back anyways"

trust me we have eaten in Subways around the world...its a treat for a very picky eater of a son. But I would not return to this Subway, even if it was the last one on earth. The staff is cobbled by an owner who is too concerned with profits. I get that they are in a high rent area, but they also have a lot of traffic, so they should allow for some kindness. But each and every person I have dealt with at this location seems to have been taught that the customer is not right or even really welcome. By the way, this is not a knee jerk response, I revisited the place after an initial disaster and the result was even worse. My advice? Go to the Subway at PCH and Warner. Better service. Better location.

When I go cycling, I plan my routes with a Subway nearby. The place is a bit cramped with all the tables only for two. This young lady joined her girlfriends by pulling up a third chair leaving no room for the mother entering pushing a stroller. It is hard to go wrong with their menu, so overall the food is nothing to complain about. However, when I tried to pay with a giftcard, I was told the owner does NOT take them. Normally I carry a little cash for emergencies, but a sign would have been appreciated claiming NO GIFTCARDS. Would I return, likely. As for the other review, I agree that the place can get chaotic with only several customers.

I had a horrible experience at this subway. I had a coupon for buy a 6 inch for $3 and was so excited to use it with my friend. We made our sandwiches got up to the counter and they said they couldnt use it but decided to try until the manager came out. She was so rude and did not know customer service at all. They ended up throwing the sandwiches away and having two customers leave furiously. This has given me a horrible outlook on all subways. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love coming to this location! The current staff are amazing, very helpful young adults. The owners are very nice as well and its because of the outstanding customer service and great food that I will continue to come to this location!

Its nice to enjoy a healthy sandwich from time to time when you dont feel like cooking, but still in the need for something healthy to eat and enjoy. The re prices are reasonable and excellent when they offer coupon specials.

I got foot from here at 10:50 pm. First all they told us to Harry order. So, when I leave there and had try to eat that food in my car I found hair on it. Im so feel sad to going to subway at last minute.
