So this place opened up within walking distance from my house and I thought I just had to try it. I stopped by with the whole family and was disappointed in the selection. Went with the good old turkey club. The chips and drinks were sold separately. The misses got the roast beef. The options for kids was nil so we went with their 20 piece chicken nuggets. I ordered a fresh lemonade for the kids. It was $2.99. After we sat down the lady who took our order came to our table and informed us that there was no fresh lemonade, just the standard. When I went to pick up the food I noticed the price of a fountain lemonade was $1.69, I asked for the difference back and they had a hard time doing it on the register with my card. They ended up giving me the cash back. I sat down with the food and instantly noticed the kraft cheese on my sandwich. I took a bite and couldnt do it. I pulled the cheese off, finished half and couldnt get myself to finish the other. Really bummed out that it wasnt good food, no good choices for kids. And a tad on the $$$$ side. Wont be coming back, sad because I really wanted a good sandwich place within walking distance from home. The chicken nuggets were good though...

Glory to the Three in One!

I dropped by this location after being struck with a sudden craving for banh mi sandwiches. This is your typical Lees Sandwiches. I ordered chicken, pork, and BBQ pork banh mi so I cant speak for the whole menu. But they were great, and the staff was friendly and quick. Easy location to spot. Direct access from Ball road. I only wish they had a drive-thru.

Its very good for Vietnamese style coffee and hot baguettes. Besides, its nice to have vegan stuffs. bread. I gave 5 stars. (Updated) I ordered smoothies and veggie bread many times. However, the quality of smoothies is bad in many times . Therefore, I rated 3 stars for the best service of the staff.

Every time Ive been to this location Ive had a great experience. It is always very clean, orderly, and presentable inside. Sandwiches are always made fresh, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. Great prices and delicious coffee too!
