This was my first time eating at this location, the staff was friendly, plenty of parking, no lines and it wasnt crowded. The cashier greeted me and I ordered #2, Cheeseburger with grilled onions, no tomato, French Fries and a Medium Drink. I also asked for two packets of spread and Chili Peppers. It took a while to get my food but I eventually got it. ~Drinks~ I get the Neapolitan shake, its a mixture of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. ~Food~ I like to eat the cheeseburger with the chili peppers and dip my fries in the spread. My burger was juicy and the fries were perfect. Sometimes I order my burger Protein Style, it replaces the hamburger bun with a large leaf of lettuce. I also like to get my fries well-done (extra crispy fries) or Animal Style which includes melted cheese, grilled onions, and topped with the spread. ~Tips~ Burgers: ~3x3 or 4x4 - refers to the number of meat patties, and slices of cheese in the burger. ~Double Meat - No Cheese ~Grilled Cheese - No meat just cheese Fries: ~Fries light well - a little more done than regular fries but not as crispy and greasy as well done fries ~Cheese Fries - Fries with melted cheese ~Animal Style - Melted cheese, grilled onions and spread Drinks: ~Black and White - Vanilla and Chocolate Shake

Ok. Normally I wouldnt do this but this is so below In and Out standards I have to say something. I just left this location and I probably wont be back to this location. I know its dinner rush but that is no reason why tables arent clean, trash overflowing, trash all over the floor, ketchup out and soda needed to be changed. Now the real problem. I order a number 2 animal style and didnt receive any lettuce brought it up to Chris and asked him for lettuce. I would put it on myself he said I would have to pay extra. I told him I ordered animal style showed my receipt and he looked at it and said oh well. I asked for a manger and he said there was no manger there. This would explain the condition of the restaurant. Overall bad experience tonight.

Terrible service all I ordered was animal style fries and it took 20 mins. After 14 orders were served after my number should have been called, two of which were my friends orders that consisted of much more then just a animal style fry. I went up and asked about ny order they said that they had been making it and they must have been putting it into other order and they would get me one took another couple mins and then when I asked to talk to the manager he acted like it was no big deal and brushed it off like it was nothing. Manager is a jerk and the guy running the fries is a idiot and Brooke calling orders needs to learn to do that.

They great thing about In N Out is that I have rarely had a bad experience in one. I would give this place 5 stars for the food and dining area, but the parking is a zoo, mainly because the drive-thru line wraps back into the small parking area that they do have. If the restaurant even hints at being busy, I would suggest parking in the very back of the Walmart parking lot (closest to In N Out of course) and walk an extra 60 seconds to the restaurant. I have never seen a sign that says "No In n Out parking here." It will save you time and headaches if theyre backed up with customers.

So everything about this place is at or even slightly higher quality than what you would expect from an In-N-Out. The problem is that it is such a desirable place that you can get stuck easily for over an hour just to place your order. In-N-Out does have a chronic condition of busy lines but this was probably the longest I had experienced with the chain. As you can expect though people want to be there for a reason, you just need to be ready to find a hundred if not more other people at their busiest times.

Everyone I know raves about this place. Their food is fresh, their stores are clean(even though theyre always packed), & the employees are always friendly. Personally, it prefer a thick, rare burger & thick fries, so its not one of my favorite places. I also hate having to wait so long. However, they do a great job & have a great reputation, so I would highly recommend them. Oh, and be sure to research their secret" menu... Its a whole underground thing...

I really like this In-N-Out because they really do the things I love about In-N-Out well. They are always friendly and always clean, the food is prepared exactly the way I order it and is always delicious. That being said this location is almost always busy and it can sometimes be tough to even find a parking spot. Ive never understood why there is such wait considering they only sell 3 things but whatever its In-N-Out you know theres going to be a wait.

The service here is the best, they sang Happy Birthday to me and the entire restaurant joined in. Theyre the only place open so late at night and thats why I go here after work a lot with coworkers and friends. You can tell by the bags under everyones eyes that they are working hard and they still have a bright smile on their face, so I appreciate them.

Slowest one Ive ever been to! Waited over 20 minutes for our food and this was 7:45 pm and not busy at all. The other ones Ive been to you can see the employees constantly moving, hustling, working with a purpose....not here. I will drive out of my way to another location before coming back to this one, especially during a busier time.

Was in Cali for a few days. I needed to try this before my flight. Got a few double double and animal fries. Tip. Eat the fries there! Do not take it home. It was soggy when I got home. I would describe the taste to be like Five Guys. The burgers are just the right size. A cheaper alternative to Five Guys but not worth all the hype.

We went to visit in town and decided go Huntington beach on our way back to Tulare county we stop by in n out just to be surprised by the amazing service we received from a young man that first came out to wiped our tables drown he was just amazing with our kids he went beyond good service thank in n out

No Matter how many people there are inside and in drive thru. You always get your orders pretty quick and they dont mess it up like McDonalds. Very hard workers in here and they are always there to make sure you are happy with your order and that nothing was wrong. Very good place.

Rush hour (between 5 - 7pm) is horrible! Parking/drive through very difficult w/traffic coming in from two directions. Suggest only one incoming direction between these hours during weekdays. Also, food is good, low salt but fries are often cold before you can eat them.

Not much to complain about for this In and Out. Just like any other In and Out, when rush time hits, parking is difficult. The food comes out fast and the quality is excellent. I actually find the fries here a bit better than the In and Out on Magnolia and Trask.
