A bit inconsistent at times. If youve been to an islands before, you know the standard experience. If you havent, its burgers, fries, beer, and for those who dont want that, they do offer tacos and other smaller options. This place wont blow you away but its a step above your normal fast food experience. The only issue I have is that the service at times seems a bit inconsistent. they recently must have rolled out a new ordering system because our server was busy on her tablet and at times didnt really provide a more personal/welcoming experience. It was the other servers who actually brought our food that addressed our issues. Seems like they are trying to make it more efficient but in reality seems like they are cutting out the customer experience.

Ordered take out online and when I went to pick up. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to help another customer finish ordering their food...even though the customer wasnt even there to complete their order? Had their chicken wrap..wasnt good at all. Next time burgers and fries but if they offer healthy options why not make it taste good?

The food is what you expect from an Islands (surfer-tiki-burger place mashup). The servers here are nice and attentive. Parking can be chancy since the location is in the main portion of the Town Center, with no adjacent parking next to the building-- and nearby parking is shared by several other satellite restaurants along with the movie theater.

service was great. Ive been here twice, once for dinner and another for happy hour. I enjoyed my visit during happy hour on monday. Their wasnt a lot of people so the waitress was very attentive. There was a great game on (browns vs ravens) and the food was ok. I had a May tai and it had so much alcohol! good place to come and enjoy the game.

Friend and I went on 5/6/17 the atmosphere is great and the staff is really friendly. The burgers are really good and juicy, the fries were seasoned well and the drinks are amazing. The price is $12+ a meal but really worth it for the great service and filling food.

Love the turkey patty. Love substituting salad for the fries. Still not healthy, but I feel better. Kilauea is my favorite. Cheese fries are great, but make sure they give you ranch. Islands golden ale is also excellent. Burgers are about $10, but theyre good.

Excellent restaurant. Best burgers in the area. Love the atmosphere of the place, gives you a tropical island genre and the attendants are courteous and super friendly. My wife and I love this place. *****

I liked the cleanliness off the place. The food was okay, i thought the fries couldve been better. The staff was courteous and the food was not super expensive. For two with drinks was about 30 bucks
