I ordered two lattes and both were made wrong. Not only were both of my drinks made wrong but the birista making the drinks was completely rude. When I tried to tell her she completely ignored me each time I tried to talk to her. I also noticed her being rude to other costumers. I usually dont have this issue with Starbucks since I usually order a basic latte but some how our lattes came out pretty bad. My friend said her latte had chunky stuff in it (which is complelty unacceptable). I dont recommend this location simply because its not like the place was super busy or didnt have enough employees(there were 3 employees and maybe 2 people in line). So in my eyes there was no excuse to make our drinks wrong and on top off that to be rude and ignore costumers. One good thing I can say is the cashier was polite and the location was decent but I will not be returning to location due to these issues.

This WAS one of my favorite Starbucks to go to, until the new team arrived. Some of the new staff don’t get along well with the older team, and you can tell they are speaking to each other with a lot of sarcasm. Also, it was nice to have a shopping center with target, etc, that I could get more than one thing done at once, but now homeless ppl and beggars are there on the regular, esp in the summer months. I shouldn’t have to feel like I am going to get harassed when I want to buy myself a beverage, even if it is every day! They see my face and still ask over and over again. If they want money or coffee they can go to work like I do each and every day. For the most part this is still a cool place. Most of them know my name, and my drink, so that makes it all worth it :)

This place is always fast and good service but today 5 min before 9 pm step 1th the place inside the target the lady she dont take my order because she say is closed But 5 or 10 min later one target employ order a coffee and she take her order too bad Please be the same with everybody

The quality of their coffee has suffered greatly from when they first opened their stores in the Bay. Their bold coffèe tastes disappointingly weak. However, I must give it to them. Their service is still great and I love collecting their city mugs!!

Employees here should pay more attention instead of mindlessly chit chatting. When you ask if I would like said pastry warmed and I reply no, then dont warm it and go back to talking with the other employees. Brilliant!
