First time trying Krispy Krunchy Chicken. I ordered an 8 piece meal with a small side of mashed potatoes and potatoe wedges to try out. Although the taste wasnt bad, I gave it two stars because the chicken (skin and meat) was very salty. Take KFCs original recipe and add more salt, thats how salty I think Krispy Krunchy Chicken is. Instead of the mashed potatoes i ordered, I was given cajun rice, it was ok. The only highlight of my meal were the potatoe wedges, which were lightly seasoned and helped a bit in balancing the saltiness of the chicken. Staff seemed pretty nice, lines were about 4 to 5 guest during lunchtime. They have two separate lines, one for chicken the other for the regular gas station. If youre stuck in line, youll constantly hear "Anybody for gas, snacks, or drinks" everytime the gas station register clears up, if not, theyll also take orders for chicken. Dont listen to the other review that says this place is better than Popeyes. Youll be disappointed. Stick with either Popeyes, KFC, Churches, and Safeway fried chicken. Theres nothing special going on at Krispy Krunchy Chicken.

Whoever thought to put a crispy crunch chicken inside of Valero gas station.... ............... IS A GENIUS!!!.............. Especially on a Friday when you drive up to fill up your gas tank for work next week.... And youre undecided what to make for dinner that night for the family.... And youre so tired that you dont want to cook at all.... The smell of the chicken well made the decision for you..... The staff are very friendly and the chicken and the price are GREAT..... ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GAS IS UNDER $3 DOLLARS A GALLON..... To me..... That will make my Friday and my weekend.....

Some damn fine chicken! Fresh and hot crunchy dark meat for me and a whole awesome breast for my wife. The boys thought the coating on their strips was quite spicy, but what do they know! Honeyed biscuits, so good. Gotta check this place out for yourself.

Chicken is real good but the cashiers suck i asked for blueberry muffins 3 times and they still gave me regular muffins. Plus they stingy with sauce.
