Im giving it a single star due to several incidents. 1. Customer service is bad, they dont care about their customers, they just want to get on to the next as fast as possible. If you order a torta, and something important is missing they wont tell you until youve got the plate in front of you. 2. There are flies all over the pan because it isnt completely closed. 3. They were about 5 minutes away from closing and then out of the back room comes a HUGE rat! 4. And last but not least, reason I just simply cant go back is the last 2 times Ive been, the meat tasted like it was at least 5 days-cooked-old. First from a torta ahoagada and the last from a torta de milanesa! Owners, please do something about the food most importantly! God it was horrible to try to eat something that tasted as I described, especially since I took it to work and didnt have anything else to eat.

They messed up on my daughters first birthday cake..the cake was all wrong not what i wanted..they put a 2 instead of 1 for her first birthday..they forgot to put the cookies on her cake since it was cookie monster cake..the lettering was all wrong aswell as the cookie monster photo..they should be more careful when taking orders..First birthdays are only once and you cant get that back

Poor service. Food ☆☆☆ Customer service " no star ".... there is no customer service, cashier is there just to get money from the next customer in line. One word..... "PATETIC" worse customer service ever.

My daughters Shopkins Cake was beautiful and tasted great! We had her party @Chuck E Cheese and several people asked where I got my cake. I will be using this bakery again!

This is not clean like way has to be, u could in the display they have for the bread, one I found cockroaches by over bread. The customer service no so gently.
