Tend to have pretty great tasting food, not bad if youre craving Mexican food. Service takes FOREVER!!! specially when your on 1 hr. lunch break, you have to get up and ask for more stuff if needed, order gets changed up, and get up to pay because they forget to give you the check!!!! They have this blonde hair shorted lady as a waiter, Im sorry, has NO organization!!! As Im writing this review Im on hold on the phone to place a pick up order, yet this has been for the past 13 min 46 sec! all for her to check if they have tamales!! yet she seems to be going back and forth and forgetting she has me on hold! Every time she seems to jump from one customer to the other!!! and yet she still forgot the lines on hold and has been close to 20 min!!!!!

Disappointed since even the free chips and salsa was not good… the only good part was the price which was a bargain if you crave Mexican food. I got the Beef Burrito ($5.50) and it came with beans and rice. The beef was cook different than I thought it would be, but it was edible but it was not tasty as I was hoping for. Food took time to come and even paying took time since there were no servers except for one, so we had to walk up and pay up. They do have great deals for breakfast and lunch specials, so doesn’t hurt to try for such low prices.

I am standing Im line to order, to go . And Im simply ignored, everyone was being helped, and Im there simply staring at menu, no one tool my order, I felt less , like my money is not got enough, or something, so I took my business elsewhere to bukanas mex,rest. In the same shopping center, and I was treated like a customer. So heres my review first and last time I ever go, to jimenez. !!!!!

This place is okay but I have not been back to it since they served me toast with green mould on it. I understand that people probably dont order sourdough as much as wheat or white, but they could have taken a second to check the food before serving it! I ate some of the food from the plate I ordered, and it really wasnt anything special to write home about. Below average.

Walked in and didnt acknowledge the fact . Waited 15 min just to get my coffee. After I got the coffee the lady asked if I had ordered . I said to her how would I have ordered if you didnt give me a menu. I saw a few others walked in and they jumped up to acknowledge them . Maybe you have to be a regular customer to get the attention. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!!

Usually I give very high ratings for restaurants... the food here was Decent and wait staff were of an acceptable standard... but a previous review got it spot on: these guys are like headless chickens when the place is busy. We waited a ridiculously long time for for a take away order that we ordered at the same time as our meal at the place itself.

I havent been here in years! I took my mom there for mothers day a few years back and spent about 300.00. They had balloons tied to the chairs, so we took 2, one for my mom and one for a friends mom. The waitress, which has been unfriendly before, took the balloons with an attitude, so I have not returned since. Terrible service for a .99 CT balloon!

Certainly was a nice little place to eat. I dont eat a lot of Mexican food but this place was very delicious at an affordable price for me. On top of that, they accept credit which is always a plus. Chips and salsa very delicious and wait service was very good to me. In and out on a sit in restaurant was about 20 minutes. Well done!

I love the beans, eggs a la Mexicana and especially the chili verde burritos. Everyone in there is like family so I ENJOY waiting for the good, fresh food and visiting with whoever Im with. The waitresses are terrific.
