I live in town and visit several similar small diners locally. The food and prices at Old Town Cafe are similar to elsewhere. The food quality is about the same (how can you screw up eggs and pancakes right?) The quantity is amazing.Take a big eater here and hell leave stuffed. The pancakes do actually lap over the edge of the plate. They look like manhole covers. Corn beef hash and eggs is served on an oval serving platter...Never seen anything like it. Half the plate is loaded with country potatoes and the other with corned beef..The eggs are on top of the food because there is no room anywhere else. Coffee is non stop. The servers are efficient and friendly. Bring an appetite.

The food was great, hot and tasty. The cottage fries were like Grandma used to make, none of those frozed things you get most places. The service was friendly and fast. The prices seemed a bit high until you got the food and there was plenty to bring home. And the day we went it was over 100 outside and some customers in werent very nice the staff remained very nice. I would go there again and again.

Had a bacon cheeseburger that was pretty good. Others in my party had a grilled chicken sandwich, ribeye steak, a fish order that I cant remember, and chicken tenders. Everyone was satisfied with their food. The burger was messy, but still great!
