I visited this restaurant a few times within the past year I am A customer with the visual disability; therefore, I require certain accommodations especially being newly blind. I always politely request order being brought to my table as its difficult to carry my order with both a white cane and balance the train on my hand spare without dropping my order which has happened to me in the past at other places to free myself from such humiliation. My order purposely was not brought to my table. So by the time my food was it was very cold and very sloppy looking I brought this to the attention of the manager manager was very very rude I had asked politely why was my order not to my table I did request that when I made my order… Manager said she had the right to refuse service to as many and she chose an awesome threatened to have me removed from the restaurant I was not rude to her why was she rude to me? Later came up to me and said she requests that I no longer eat here. I do not recommend this location for the disabled especially the blind I will be complaining to regional management as well as corporate concerning the ADA violations and discrimination issues at this location against the disabled and blind. My judgment: very bad service. Period.

I was a witness, to the actions of earlier today if a business cant handle disabled customers, then they should get more training ! Ive been going to this location since the 80s. I am very disappointed in who they have for a manager. A work ethic other business, is reflected by who is running it when is Del Taco gets a new manager, then I will bring back my business: my over 30 years of being a very loyal customer!

The kid running the drive- thru on a Saturday night doesnt care. Didnt bother to provide cheese for nachos and the double del had rotten lettuce.. Del Taco has gone down hill Avoid this place at all costs!

unfortunately this location was shut down by the city. they were in the middle of construction and were stopped for not having permits for the work. it is unknown if they will reopen or not.
