Ive been here a couple of times and one of the times my fries were soggy/old. The last time I came (which will be the last I ever go), I had a regular whopper (asked for no onions), got the onions... I decided not to make a big deal about it and just picked them off. I got to work after eating it and immediately felt sick. I had the worst food poisoning of my life that night. Throwing up and all. 8 hours of vomiting on and off and spent only 1 hour sleeping.. Its too bad I had given into my cravings (since I am 21 weeks pregnant). Thank you Burger King for whatever damage you may or may not have caused to my unborn daughter. You will never see my face again.

visited this castle exterior bk one night to end day at knotts berry farm, very disappointing! they claimed to not have fries (...unreal). man taking our order didnt seem to care and we could barely understand him (mumbling). he offered combos with every order yet, remember, no fries! whats the point??? love bk but my conclusion of this location: bad service, subpar food, no thanks. if youre going to be down the street from knotts STEP IT UP THIS IS EMBARRASSING.

The inside was clean, unlike what a lot of these reviews say. They had a playplace and a good, working bathroom. I came with a group of 20 during lunch on a weekend, and I guess they just werent staffed for us. There was only one open register, and no employee opened the second one during the entire time we were there. It took 15 minutes for them to get through our line. Good news: I think ALL of our orders were correct!

F*****G FILTHY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Cringed eating my food while wondering what back of house looks like. Wish I would have looked around before ordering. Its like Im eating in a gutter. Sticky tables, ketchup all over the floor, pee all over the bathrooms... just so gross. I feel like a bad parent for letting my 6 year old play in the tubes. This place needs an intervention. Im in utter disbelief.

We bought the most expensive burger on the menu and I opened it up to a slathered mess of smooshed garbage. It literally looks like a kindergartener assembled my burger. 2 different buns, melted crooked partys. What a waste of money. These people want $15 an hour to push pictures of food on a screen only to screw it up. To top it off I added pickle and hey! No pickle. Not eating here again.

Not a great expectation since is a fast food restaurant. But was freezing cold there ask if they can lower the temperature down. Says they couldnt. Can even enjoy your burger since its too cold and food get cooler faster. Not a place that I want to come back again.

Completely Honest review: The place was dead throughout the entire 40 min lunch we spent there. The staff was like 3 people and they were really friendly. The food is cheap and really good. The place was really clean and just a nice spot to get away from the noise
