Can I give a negative stars, because i would! The owner, managers and male staff are rude, sexes, and dont know the first thing about customer service. When I complained to the manager, he said his long-time employee was new. Although they are of a foreign nationality, they are rude to others in the community. The only exception is the female clerks and cooks, and produce guy. The store is not clean and parking lot dirty. I live in the Tower and pass buy twice a day, and on Saturdays too, and I have yet to see the place without someone loitering in front. They only carry a limited amount of veg (i.e. ice burg letters, tomatoes, onions...) and their prices on all merchandize is high. This store is mostly frequented by socioeconomicly disadvantaged individuals that do not have access to a car or transportation.

Chris is a sterotypical jerk. And if they would get the employees from out the back chit chatting the could have more than one register open. Ive been shopping there for over two years now but today was my last when chris came out and accused me of shoplifting! Not only have they lost my business but they now lost all respect. And if Gardenia thought I was in fact stealing thats one thing but telling me to empty out my pockets and then not even apologize. How rude! And when i proceed to call to make a complaint not once but twice im put on hold for longer than 5 minutes. Yeah really bad coustomer service! Id not only give you zero stars but also sime education on proper customer service etiquette. But i had tongive one star to post my review.

I recently moved near the area & I was look for places near by to my pay electricity bill. Tower market was the nearest place. Pg&e never got my $150 dollar payment. It has been over a month & I tossed my receipt because it was over a month and I thought everything was fine. Ive paid my electricity at places like this & never had a problem. Theres nothing these people can do about & they were so rude its ridiculous. I have never met anyone so rude. Yes, I should have saved my receipt. But besides that I honestly could not believe this mans attitude towards the entire situation. Very, very disrespectful people.

Tower Market is a great place to go grab lunch, the little Mexican food deli inside the store has great food at good prices. Their frozen food is way over priced and you have to look for their daily deals. I just go in and grab a monster burrito for under five dollars or their carne asada fries also under five dollars. Also you have to try their veggie burrito with beans, rice, squash , bell peppers and cheese. So so good, like I said a great place to drop in for lunch.
